Without warning, every man, woman, and child was teleported off to fight an endless series of battles. Failure to clear every objective means that humanity shall be purged, or so the Operator claims.
But if that is true, why was K sent back in time?

One of the best merits of this story is the detailed description of the locations, monsters and fights and even other hunters through out the story. Also the 'going back in time' element is used really well and it's not another plot device for the MC. Unlike most Korean MC here the hunter Kei has an interesting characters and actually communicate with other, try to guide or help them and plans his actions. Crazy, right? I know. If you have read enough Korean novels you know what I mean. The Story is full of interesting and actually important side characters. The raid system is both mysterious and well thought. The ending is also very good. I highly recommend reading it if you are tired of reading boring novels.
This novel reminds, why I hate novels Like this.
1. Characters don't train to gain power. It is given to the lunatics that either kill eachother or plow onwards mindlessly. The effort is completely negated in this setting. 2. Too many OP items 3. Secondary characters change too fast, the only actual character that sticks for a couple of chapters is a summoned wolf 4. All-knowing MC / all-powerfull MC = skipping the entire journey of getting stronger while being in danger. Completely ruins the suspense. 5. Unbelievable interactions. Who the f*ck cares what nationality they are, when they're about to face monsters.
"It was all just a dream" ending.
This was one of the rare novels that I can binge read for hours and not doze off halfway. It keeps the readers always on the edge of their seat and wanting to read more.
... That is, until the abominable ending.
It was not literally a "just a dream" ending but it very well may be seeing how the story ended. The ending felt rushed and the author did not tie up all the loose ends at the end of the story. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoyed the main part of the story. However, I just did not like the conclusion and wished that the author could explain to the readers what was the whole point of the story.
To people who don't mind spoilers:
Out of the entire world population, everyone except MC and his team lost their memories of the raids and only three seconds in the real world had passed. The MC continued to be a poor unemployed guy in Korea and no one would have known that humanity was saved by them. No explanations were given on why 'God' chose to impose this test on humanity as a species. The end.
WHY CAN'T HE BRING CAIN : (That blue dragon should have made a bigger one so cain's figurine would fit.

- Tell the reason why they failed the last raid
- Understanding why #1 happened
Of course, he becomes stronger too. The latest chapter (ch171) is about #2, the secret is about to be revealed. They are currently in hiatus because they are, with the author's permission, changing the ending. They claim that the original ending seems rushed so I am hoping it ends well although I also want to read the original ending. That being said, this story is good. There were just a few moments that I didn't like especially about the MC's way of thinking sometimes so I'm giving it a 4 star. Edit: Why do I feel like the story has gone a bit soft?- Fast paced but not rushed.
- Main character is a genuinely good guy, but also strong and mature.
- In fact the story shows that selfish and arrogant characters are actually sub-par in terms of reaching goals.
- Side characters are well developed.
- Long and fulfilling chapters.
