Description
Links are NOT allowed. Format your description nicely so people can easily read them. Please use proper spacing and paragraphs. The witch, Eleonora Asil, has fifteen previous convictions.
And the transmigrator, Noah Park, had no intentions of being involved in the novel’s original plot of the dragon beheading the villainess. With that thought in mind, she abandoned her title as The Wicked Witch and sought to live a long and peaceful life.
So she heads down to the countryside wrought with deep remorse for all her misdeeds. And all should be happy… or she thought.
“Please raise me!”
And so it would seem that she stumbled upon the heroine’s pet dragon — the black-haired kid that would turn ballistic and obsessive later on — imprinted the villainess as his mother. And to make matters worse, the male lead suspects her as the prime culprit of stealing the dragon.
“How long should I keep up with you?”
She thought he’d arrest her right away, but seems like the male lead was slowly becoming the dragon’s butler.
“Can I hug you?”
“No.”
“Then… can you hold me?”
The villainess believes that the dragon needs a bit of taming.
‘Oh, male lead, won’t you sign a life contract as a real butler?’

Noah, just imprint with that little baby! Don’t be such a tsundere! ≫<
Given the high rating I was hoping for fluff, care but I was disappointed.
I dont mind:
- The MC being lazy to the point you cant differentiate her house or garbage, got it,
-she wants a very passive life, ok
-She doesnt have any ambition, ok
-She doesnt want to do anything with the story, ok
-She is s*upid enough to strave herself to the point of malnutrition, questionable
-But somehow she got involved in the main story by taking egg and aftermath, comical -But what I dont like is that my fluff ball has trauma of getting abandoned by the MC.
-She is so problematic that she goes into the town[her being transmigrated into the body of dangerous Wanted crimina]with no preparations whatsoever and needs to be save at every turning point by the ml
-Even after her deciding to take the child she takes no accountability at all. She remains just the same
- The ML to the rescue for everything. By the way he is the smart officer who was after the witch but does her housechore after some events and believes only culprit should be punished so remains besides MC knowing she isnt the witch.
What is the character setting? Unrealistic but whatever
Maybe I shouldn't have read this just after reading novel abt a hardworking MC.>^<
- decent, WHOLESOME, attentive ML! There are sooo many isekai novels out there with the typical "he killed me in the past life but loves me now", "he was cold but nice now", and the overall domineering ML characters. I'm not saying that they're bad (I'm also a sucker for those hate-to-love relationships) but seeing a DECENT ML was just a breath of relief to me and makes the novel so refreshing!
In the beginning, the ML thought that our MC is an evil witch (because he didn't know yet that the soul was actually someone else that got transmigrated) but despite this he was very VERY respectful. Even caring! He even cooked breakfast and took care of her when she's sick, and let me remind you that she is his nemesis. This already shows just how good the character is. He's not carried away with emotions, he's very reasonable. And as the story continues and he learned that our MC is a different soul (which he will find out pretty early actually because he's a genius detective) we will see the relationship smoothly grows.
It's just really wholesome seeing their development. They're complete opposite of each other but somehow they work: a great team that solves the mystery together. Not to mention the baby dragon is soooo cute and makes it seem like they're a family already! There are A LOT of cute moments where our ML actually acts like a husband, caring for the "wife" and although he hates to admit it.. But our adorable baby dragon too.
- I've seen a lot of the reviews and they're like "the MC is sooo lazy" but tbh I think it's because they're still in the early chapters (?) I actually like her behavior which is so different from the other MC of isekai that tries to "strategically plot" stuff all the time. She's really laid back and go-with-the-flow kinda person which makes the character more relatable. The "lazy syndrome" thing actually acts as a humor device sometimes. But what I love most is that, because her character is set up that way in the beginning, the reader and ML become more shocked when in the later chapters she does outstanding stuff with the least energy possible. What I mean by this is that there are moments where our detective ML is in trouble and somehow she always steps in to help in humorous ways. Even claiming as her "wife" one time.
- Limited misunderstandings. I get it, they make the readers on edge but at this point I'm just tired of those angsty characters misunderstandings. As I said, the MC is very laid back and is practically an open book. The ML is smart and rational and is sincere. He shows it through his actions towards the MC. Any "secrets" like how our MC read the novel was kept for the sake of the plot. But even that secret was out (I love his reaction when the ML found out he was the ML of the novel).
- The story: adventure, detective, harry-potter-like magic (no wands though sorry) ?! COUNT ME IN!!! The plot was honestly so good and detailed. Like a true detective story there were moments where I was like "OMG I did NOT see that coming" and begin connecting the dots (aka clues). The plot and how good the translation was in capturing it is what really makes me excited for their timely updates! I always finds myself refreshing the page (and I bet you will too).
So give it a go if you want something new, refreshing, and SWEET! (p.s. Author-nim, thank you soooo much for your hardwork your translations are THE highlight of my mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. I hope you're doing well and thank you soo soo much!)
