not exactly though. The ML shou made the virtual characters based on his own personality. They were all split from parts of his personality and exemplified. The fact that the gong managed to fall in love each time ended up carrying over to the shou's real self. The shou was also watching thriugh all of it. So it's 1v1 with extra steps lol

In the second arc they not only condone and commit adultery while blaming the person who got cheated on, they also condone domestic violence between men. There was also another matter that bothered me, the MC lies left and right but then he got mad and threw a fit because the ML didn't trust him.

The third arc was bland but I've never liked interstellar ABO so this is more of a personal opinion. In that arc the MC seemed to be feeding his ego by dominating the ML. They had some nice moments here and there but overall the feelings felt one sided and the power dynamics were skewed.

So you know how I said that the MC has a terrible "I never bottom" attitude, well in the fifth arc the ML is traumatized by getting r*ped as a child since he was sold to a brothel and he was uncomfortable with others taking the lead due to this trauma but do you think the MC was willing to make a concession or be even remotely considerate? No.

He is absolutely an pr*ck and this is exactly why I say I never get the impression that he loves the ML (that and how easily and quickly he moves on from one ML to another, he doesn't know that they're different aspects of the same person). He is such a douche that he gives no f*cks about the ML's serious trauma, despite being aware of it and the author just brushes it off like it doesn't matter.

Is bottoming that terrible? If it's really worst than death then why let your supposed beloved bottom when he isn't comfortable with it either? Honestly this is something that is really starting to p*ss me off. It's fine if one party is into bottoming and other into toping (like in the first and fourth arc) but the ML's behaviour and attitude are absolutely repulsive. How he has the nerve to claim he loves the ML is beyond me.

Oh and the actual ML (not the novel characters) killed of all the other people participating in the experiment so he could just focus on watching the MC (for his own entertainment).

lets me just clarify that I'm sensitive to many things and these matters may not bother that many people when they pop up in fiction.
