Qian Wei’s last regret in her life was at the age of 19, when she offended Lu Xun, known as the “Light of the Law School”. She helped her brother Qian Chuan to pry at Lu Xun’s corner and robbed Mo Zixin from him. Who knew that Lu Xun would become her boss one day, and Qian Wei could only work like a cow or horse for atonement. But now God gave her the opportunity to return to the age of 19. I really loved this story when I read it! But I'm just here to let the people know there has been a show made based on the book !!! I found it scrolling through Viki and I can't wait to watch it. So if you found this novel enjoyable the series name is Legally Romance, and you can find it on Viki!

4* for great storyline even through the ML was too OP and for great translation

Light read novel with great storyline. It keep cracking me up while I was reading it, and talking about the biggest misunderstanding that keep happening.

previous life with ML and how "I bet he like her" and so on and that why she reincarnated in a parallel world. To my surprise she really didn't reincarnated and it was all her being in a coma and medicine that cause all of that. Honestly it did somewhat got my frustrated that most of that didn't really happened. I really like the story in when she was in a coma and was depress to learn that it really didn't happen and how it suck for most of the characters since their life was much better in her dream. But after finishing the story everyone have a good ending. Her brother still end up with her friend and the supposed 2nd ML didn't really have cancer and even finding someone special.

In short, I could not put it down~ It's a silly (because someone like Lu Xun doesn't exist in real life sadly), but pretty cute and funny story. It's probably more close to a 4.5 rating, but because I enjoyed it so much, I'll give it a 5/5.

The characters are not amazing, just adequate enough to tell the story. I don't dislike them - the funny banter and interactions/relationships between the characters are what brings the story to life. Aside from making me wish I could find more friends like... more>> the main characters, there's nothing super outstanding about these characters for me.

The plot is average overall, but I did like the twist at the end. I'll have to reread the story one day to see if the author had thrown in invisible hints earlier in the story. I feel like maybe there were some hints here and there - if so, I would be more impressed because I appreciate those subtle clues that are right there in plain sight but that only seem obvious in hindsight. <<less

I really like half of the first part of the story because it's so funny and cute.. But I really can't stand the FL being so dense. She pretends to be some boy's girlfriend then being so kind and ambiguous to another boy. She doesn't think about the impact of her actions and doesn't listen to her friends arguments. I kind of pity the ML.

4 stars for the translations and half of the first part of the story

Wow this is so good! Very hilarious. I can't stop reading it and I felt loss after it's end. I honestly doesn't want it to end.

Our FL is kinda annoying, so does her twins brother. Both of them are very extroverted. But that's what makes it funny.

I like how the author gave us justice for 28 y.o. Lu Xun. Unlike most of reborn novel, the author is graciously bring us back to the present where both of them at 28 and their story is starting over giving us different perspective!

Two thumbs up for translator. You did a great job translating legal terms 👍😍

First of all, a thank you to the translator for their hard work in translating this.

It's was a very romantic story and the chemistry of the main couple got me so giddy as I think about it. Reading this reminds me of fantasies regarding romance when it comes to University. It's truly exciting and far from the reality that you might face. I really love novels that have such lovely romance that start in their school days.

It's a very light-hearted romance that started from their University days at 19 and... more>> going on forward. There are misunderstandings but there are no dog-blood dramas that can bring your blood-pressure to a new high. It's a great read and especially since it's full translated.

I'm quite excited to check out the drama since the tag says there is one and also a manhua I suppose. Quite excited to watch this in another perspective, not as a reader looking through the perspective of the leads using only one's imaginations but someone watching a drama. It excites me so to see novels like this getting dramas and I'm also excited for the romantic scenes as well. Imagining is great but seeing actors do it is on the next level you know~

A great read, a book you might like, a gem of a novel that deserves more high ratings~ <3

I tried searching for the drama sadly I found no links and it probably still isn't translated to English but with a romance story like this I hope WeTV better step up their game so I can watch this! I've checked Viki and there's none there as well~ AH! I'll have to be patient then just like what happened with Falling into your smile~ <<less

Great translation! I like that the story was like a rebirth but not and the explanation is not too far fetched. ML is swoon worthy at times and the FL cones across as a lively but rather slow - on the uptake character. Hope for more stories like this one.

Excellent translation ✔️

Maybe because I read a somewhat sweet almost perfect novel before reading this- I didnt have the patience to go beyond ch10.

MC is the pushy, goofy, and the one that initiates to stick with the ml.

While ML in the 10 chapters was soooo annoying, the type like cold, aloof whatever ML /anything but the definition of sweet.

So, I skipped chapters. Read ch75 to end... It didnt manage to change my mind despite the 5 star reviews and when they finally got together.

ML liked MC for 9 years. Failed twice confession through paper/love letter that wasnt seen by MC (one due to brother cuz he thought it was for him/ 2 MC didnt bother to open the file because she taught it was about work.

i reread this lol. to all the people hating on this book, please remember that its a romance web novel... ye there's a lot of cliches but it's a cute story even if its not realistic. I recommend if uu wanna have a light read. :)

I am quite charmed by this novel. It is short, sweet, and also has a unique and interesting explanation for the time traveling. I won’t expose the explanation of course, but for now just take my word for it.

Overall, the ML is the “overbearing CEO” type but let me be clear when I say that this novel attempts to refresh tropes. The overbearing part takes a back seat throughout the novel and the ML’s character is dynamic enough that it cannot be reduced to a simple trope or personality type.... more>> I enjoy this, because it grounds the romance and adds complexity. This novel isn’t just the cookie cutter novel that you might expect.

The novel can be a little annoying at times with the misunderstandings but overall it is a very relaxed and enjoyable read. <<less

It's a light read, the misunderstanding between FL and ML lead to long courtship, yet the misunderstanding is really the main plot and necessary for adding the comedic tone.

I wish I can enjoy it more, yet there's a setback.... I don't know how law firm and law school work in China, but how the author describe lawyer and law student do on the story that made me wondering "is it ethical? "

But if it focus on the romance, it's really a nice read..

This is amazing, story, I found a gem. The review here are almost negative so I was skeptical but I'm thankful I take a chance. Those who dropped the story not even finishing it and giving it a low rate shame on you. If you drop a story don't rate it, just write your review. Lesson learn : Don't believe all the reviews you read it's better to read the story first.

This was so freaking good.

When I started reading, I was so bored and was going to drop it. But I read the reviews and they said it gets better. And it does. It get so much better. It is funny and cute and warm. It is a complete loveable mess of chaos. The level of oblivious of the characters is more charming than frustrating. I will admit, that when the twist near the end happened, I thought that it was mistake and I would hate it, but it just wrapped... more>> everything up so beautifully.

This is one I will be reading again.

Some of the lawyer talk does drag, but that is really my only gripe.

This is completely going into my top 10 list. <<less

OMG I LOVE THIS NOVEL SO MUCH.❤️❤️

This novel is definitely one of my favorite fluff novel. There are so many cute and funny moments as well as sad parts. I have a special place in my heart for ML lu xun both 19yo and 28 yo version. MC is really funny and cute. Seriously lu xun is the definition of perfect ml.

He change his dream career for mc's sake. And the reason for his change in career is so deep and sweet I don't want to spoil that. It was really a touchy moment, I cried alot 😭.

They missed 9 years😩of their life to be together. At the end there is a little twist which makes everything clear related to rebirth.

i love it so much!!! At first, you may feel annoyed at how dense the MC is, or how the ML is so tsundere and just wont be honest with his feelings for MC. But the moment they started going out, it's just a bunch of fluff and dog food scattered everywhere ughfhjdh. This is exactly my cup of tea! Highly recommended<33

I just want to say that after I have finished this novel. It made me a dog right now beacuse I am completely overwhelmed by the dog food that had been stuffed on me. Full of fluff and no dull moments. I was hesitant at first because this type of novel wasnt just a cup of my tea. But then I realize that this novel is way more than that. There are no chapters that werent exciting and made me feel bored. I especially really love the devotion Lu Xun... more>> had towards Qian Wei. Basically I also thought that this reborn plot was way too common but intead it was full of surpries of twists and turn. I really love how this novel made itself stand out by its qualities despite of that typical reborn thing which is not quite as it seems. Anyway this novel made me feel the passion and the drive of youth. The side characters too were well molded and had their own different qualities that made them as who they are. The ML and MC too are way too cute and lovely. Their characters are bonafide and their interactions had made me smile and laugh throughout this novel. This is actually one of the best novels that I have read that if there are no limitations on what I should rate to this novel. I would have exaggeratedly rate it to 10/5 <<less

The pacing was slow in the beginning, until the ML found out about his feelings for FL.

I wasnt enjoying the first few chapters until It became interesting

I dont have a problem with their personalities, I like how they ended up as their 19 yr old persona, the ML was sweet and the FL was dense.

... more>> When they get back to their 28yrs old timeline, and how they get back together, it was a good ending for both of them with their twins..

I wish there was an extra chapter about the best friend and brother's love story.

All in all it was a good read... <<less

I love rebirth stories and this one is so good. The FL is dense and silly and has decided that her sad life is because of Karma for ruining her bosses college romance

When she is reborn she decides to do everything in her power to help her boss get the girl she thinks he loves

It’s a fun slice of life story

You won't be disappointed reading this. I give a 5 star for all the aspects of this novel except for the FL (4.75 😛) because sometimes I wanna hit her on the head but She's my most favourite character in this novel. She just cracks me up throughout the novel.😂

Very satisfying novel😊
