Please use proper spacing and paragraphs.Zhang Xiao Qiang is a nobody in this apocalyptic world with danger lurking everywhere, he is forced to wander around and learn the rules and principles to survive. Over the course of time, Zhang Xiao Qiang’s character and laziness slowly wore away from the experiences he faces. Zhang Xiao Qiang becomes more resilient, of course also gaining power whilst watching the lunatics of the apocalypse trampling on everything they could trample on. Zhang Xiao Qiang always maintained a bit of conscience in him. He never had the thoughts of being a hero, yet he doesn’t mind sharing bread from his plate. Zhang Xiao Qiang will continue to live in the cracks of the apocalyptic world until the crack can no longer hold him.
Zhang Xiao Qiang motto is: “Don’t talk to me about human rights, Don’t talk to me about the laws, Don’t talk to me about favors!”
Note: ‘Xiao Qiang’ is slang for ‘cockroach’ but is also the name of the main character.

I was expecting a person that reincarnated into c*ckroach in zombie filled world. What I found was The Walking Dead, Chinese ver. Quality wise this is your standard zombie apocalypse story, but other animal beside human also slowly got infected by the virus. The human zombie were able to evolve and gain brighter strength/agility, while several animal zombie were shown to have magic like ability. Nowadays there's a lot more zombie novel that also have mutated animal and plants but in Apocalypse c*ckroach the animal really play a role.
After reading the raws out of desperation, all I can say is that it is worth the read. It’s hella good. There is a lot more emotionally impacting scenes than in typical stories that make you go “Aw sh*t. That’s pretty f–ked up.” Then you proceed to curl up and cry. And we are not talking the cliché people loose their inhibitions and become morons, you see real despair. Its more like you suddenly GET that it’s the apocalypse. The pressure piles on and the heart grows tired, kind of thing. There are moving scenes that will make you feel intense feelz. Its not all about becoming the strongest just because its survival of the fittest. The MC develops throughout the story several reasons for struggling like a damn roach, that is well worth it.
Writing: 3/5
Story: 3~4/5 The grammar isn't the best, but it is good enough to get you into the story which is saying something (mostly that they need a good editor and proofreader, but also that there is a bit of skill behind the translation). The writing style of the author starts off fairly bland, almost report like and eventually evolves into an actual story (about 6 or so chapters in). The story itself is not extraordinary, but it is fairly well done for what it is. What allows the star rating to bypass the actual grading is the author's ability to make what the MC does feel realistic. I applaud the efforts of the author to bring us a glimpse into his apocalyptic world and can't wait for more.
Animals seem to be the fastest at evolving and the most powerful as they eat zombies to evolve and gain psychic/magical abilities. Zombies are in the second as they need humans to evolve and also the rain. Lastly is humans that evolve extremely slowly with the risk of getting infected. This is due to them needing the infected water but in small dosages. Also, their evolution is only quick healing with maybe increase in strength and speed but it is not a significant increase as of yet. Also they require a lot of food if they get hurt and are recovering.
In particular there's a few scenes involving the MC's dirty smelly foot being l**ked and s**ked and that was pretty fcking disgusting
