but i see people being off-put by it, and understandably so, so i tried to add context: early on MC kind of explains away the OG!Host abuse of the kid bc he didn't know how to explain that he got transmigrated and was also worried about the future OP adult ver of the kid, so I understand if people don't like that part. but i think it's completely logical for his character to do something like that because it's truly such a wack explanation and the kid would never have believed him at that point. later on, MC explains a lot of things to him, and at that point they have so much trust and love between them that the kid is able to understand this and accept it as compared to if MC had told him from the get go. so idk if you see people commenting/dropping from that chapter please know they don't really have the full picture ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ i feel it's just a shame if you miss this wonderful story bc of that tho <<less

Tbh more than a MC and ML focused novel, this is gives a fair bit of attention to side charas which is super appreciated. Although the conflict is always present bc it's an infinite flow, i gotta admit it wasn't that high-stakes bc MC and ML et al were hypercompetent (side note: the way they got high scores you'd think no other forensic doctor or police/detective person has gone in this place before........) well they had reasons to be competent at the very least imo raher than the randoms MC/ML duos that inexpicably have 6 pack abs without working out and having sedentary jobs LMAO all is forgiven

I'll put a longer rambly review latr but basically... i was really worried about the MC of this kinda using ML's feelings, though it was to survive (kind of an unfortunate common trope btw) and the first few chapters , it was definitely like that. HOWEVER, when the MC realized he was doing thatand ML truly loved him, he immediately tried to fix things!! He examined himself if he really liked ML or not!!! Hell yeah 

Also lowkey the system is scheming as hell i love that for it though it's the reason the MC and ML relationship developed so healthily LMAO (although the final reveal is super nice!! Love that plot twist) <<less
