the ml did it for me imma be so real

i was pleasantly suprised to see so much of the ml's perspective before even getting to our fl. The clichéd tropes surrounding the ml were definitely emphasized, making the revelation(s) in regards to his character all the more.. unique... ... more>>

as for our fl, i've enjoyed seeing her gradual growth, and notably delving into the topic of phobias. all the while sh*t was going down, she was gradually plotting on the sidelines as the main events were happening. 

i grew fond of grace and lucas as i continued reading their interactions. cause i see it as a win in my eyes if my only slight complaints were on how corny some scenes were, but that one scene - that inner monologue with grace, after the two spent days conversing about anything and everything and she was talkin abt some "if i were to face him it won't be like before, i'm no longer afraid of him" NAH CAUSE THAT sh*t GOT ME THEN

i butchered that like crazy, but it definitely conveyed what it needed to. y'all got that  <<less
