Him telling the Valkyrie his achievements were only from a game and that he is not a 'real' warrior. It would be pretty awesome to make everyone get awed by your achievement.
But can't be helped since he needed help with runes and etc and him not telling the truth might lead to trouble.
For those who tldr; building up power in the world of mythology.
No, what did they expect? Seriously, the tag of the book already says it all. If you don't like harem, isekai, overpowered MC, don't read this - why? Its like hating math, but picking a math book just to past the time and then giving it a bad review. Valhalla Saga is, similar to breakers, another novel Chwiryong wrote, a great spin on that overpowered MC in an alternate world. It is clear that the author did a lot of research into the lore of the norse and if you are one that has any interest in this kind of lore, you'd love Valhalla Saga. Furthermore, I was impressed with the battle scenes. Some of the novels I've read - at one point or another I just kind of skim through the fights. Possibly because they get too complicated or abstract, or the ending is predictable, or they get too into their statistics and skills and battle system that its just... you just dont care anymore how many skills they have. Similar to Breakers, Chwiryong really excel in the battle scenes. The fights are actually very enjoyable. Gets your heart pumping. And the author pays attention to every characters strength and weaknesses, and not just make the one overpowered hero. Each hero only has a few skills, but the application within the battle, the strategies, the surprises, made you feel like you are watching a movie. Some reviewers complain about predictable one move ending.
I disagree. So what? Goku has his kamehameha. Ryu has his Fireball. If you do one thing really well, why change? I love the author's taste of humor. It builts up over time. Characters tease each other and the break between battles is a welcome break for the reader as well - as the jokes are fun, and not forced. The harem is tastefully done, and the story keeps you guessing till the end. A good ending too, not rushed, with a healthy amount of epilogue. Highly recommended.

- MC actually discusses his cheat with people he cares about and together they discuss the weakneses and how to improve it.
The bad:-
- There is little or none character emotional develepment
- We are introduced to the fact that enemies drop runes that can be used to spend on main atributes. Other than the begining of adding some to agility. Atributes are never mentioned again and runes always add some arbitrary feeling of strenghtening. This leads me to next point.
- The game system is reduced from having potential to simple % of character synchronization. Not to mention that the % means nothing as 33% doesn't mean that the current MC is about 1/3 of posible strenght, but some other arbitrary position.
If the translation quality is upgraded, there is potential in this story for 3.5 stars. As it is now. The 4.3 stars it now has, makes me wonder if people who voted have read any books besides this. Some true masterpieces in novelupdates, have the same raiting...
