I liked it despite the plot holes here and there. I really found the ML very interesting too (probs cause I've been reading too many wholesome MLs lol)

Well, FL's body is really really sick that she often coughs up blood. She also can see people's luck tho it wasn't that used in later chapters. It was quite a short novel so the FL's character development was her realizing that the present is unlike the story of her novel and that the ML is someone she can trust. She's usually... more>> very kind but at the same time, she doesn't let herself or the people that she likes being bullied. Honestly, her feelings for ML might seem forced but I think it looks that way because her growing feelings for the ML were very subtly detailed. Since I noticed those tiny details, I was able to accept that she accepted the ML's pursuit way too easily.

ML was the literal definition of an overbearing ruler. At first, he comes off as someone very rude and domineering. He doesn't even listen to FL's pleas when they met since no one really made him condescend. Later, after finding that being with FL was comfortable and that FL looked like a cute rabbit, he eventually felt possessive and realized that he loves her. Of course, Young Master Lu was the type of really straightforward and powerful character so he claimed sovereignty. Thank God FL also reciprocated his feelings or else this novel would definitely go on a darker theme lololol. He also changes himself and follows everything that FL would tell him after getting a scolding from FL's younger brother which I found very cute uwu.

I sort of forgot the villainess OGFL in the end cause I was still surprised at how the FL accepted the ML's feelings so easily despite the ML being an unlikable character. She definitely was crazy and dumb. ML had to make a move in order to finally get rid of her because he was like a c*ckroach.

A fluffy and enjoyable read.

I took off one star because the romance and luck-viewing subplot both fell off halfway through the novel. Although there is an HE, FL's attitude towards ML warmed up a little too quickly considering how scared she was of him previously. Still, the novel was fun and cute so I recommend it if you're in the mood for a cute siscon, entertainment, family drama C-novel.

The plot is deceptively simple. I love it. The bond between the half-sister/brother is SO cute that I don't mind if the entire novel is only covering their relationship.

The romance is not the astronomical level of romance, but it was decent. One of the good ones among all the messed up relationship from your generic CN novels. The plot is easy enough, there's nearly no drama between the main couples. I certainly recommend it if you want a simple reading.

... the translation is unfairly crop-up tho. It drives me crazy.... more>> The translation team seems to grab anything and everything and then forget about half of their projects. It's annoying. If I have to rate the story, it'll be: 4.5/5 I'll give 5 stars to balance out the bad reviews.

For the translation team it's, meh: 3.5/5 they have eyes for good and decent stories but can't be committed. <<less

Things I liked: her relationship with her brother (I do love some sis-con), her career as a manhua author

Things I did not like: the ML and her relationship with him, she has an ability to see luck that disappeared halfway lol, the author seems to forget the things they would write about (like the autism manhua arc)

One thing that I've taken note about is that it is refreshing how MC continue to pursue her original dream of becoming a manhua artist.

I don't really like how the MC and ML relationship progress tho. ML is very forceful at the start, too.

Another thing, I'm confused how MC illness suddenly get resolved my the monk in the temple. I think I missed that part when I read mtl.

Super cute novel. The thing about the MC being able to see other peoples luck kinda just appears and disappears. I also really wish there were extras on WenYuan.

the plot is ok, but I dont rly like the romance between ML and fl. ML is rly overbearing, he just suddenly announces that FL is "his person", and just kisses FL without even understanding his own feelings first. And when fl's brother asks the ML if he likes fl, ML cant even say "yes" with a certain attitude. All he feels is a strong possessiveness and thats enough for him to just basically kidnap FL every time he wants to see her. Hes so possesive that FL feels scared... more>> when her brother carries her?? Like thats so messed up. FL must have been rly scared, and thats why she went along with it, I kinda feel bad for her.

other than that, the rest of the plot was ok. Kinda unrealistic how despite only releasing 1 advertis**ent, she suddenly gets famous. But FL is the main protagonist so I understand. Also at the start of the novel, it was mentioned that FL has an ability to look at someone's luck. It wasnt rly that mentioned at all except for when the plot needs it. I wish the author wont just drop out the skills FL has when it isnt beneficial to the plot. In my opinion, keeping it consistent is better.

ml's behavior rly puts me off, so im not sure if i'll continue reading this. <<less

I know there are only 10 more chapters in order for the novel to complete

But honestly, this was a REAL cute read and at this point, both the ML and MC have almost completed the process of falling in love the rest left is tying up the leftovers. I more often just enjoy the journey instead of the destination.

I was really intrigued by the first few chapters translated so when I came to know MTL is great as with practice you get accustomed to reading it so it was great.... more>> Of course, reading MTL does hinder your enjoyment but I honestly have soo many novels to conquer that I am sure I won't have the time to wait

Don't Worry I personally respect translators a lot but sadly cant support them right now

This was a perfectly good story. Lots of fluff, a small bit of face slapping, but fun enough. If only this story focused on the relationship with brother and sister, it would've been great. It would've.

They just had to throw in a tr*shy, self-important male lead. He's even more toxic than the usual overbearing CEO type, and that's not counting his disgusting bad-luck miasma that makes our FL physically sick, and his lack of care of that fact makes him even more disgusting. His personality didn't fit the environment at all, and was a complete eyesore. He ruined the whole story and didn't improve in the least by the end of it, treating our main character like a convenient object right until the end. The end being that she gives up and ends up with him.

the only thing I didn't like it what the author ended the novel so fast, there should be extra chapter to know what happen between the male lead and the 2nd female lead did they married?! Did they engaged!

the concept of this story is very interesting....i've read many transmigration into novels/manhwa e.t.c but first time as the ML's older sister.... at the beginning the concept was very intriguing with the authors transmigration into her own book as one of the characters the readers seemed to love but she ruthlessly wanted to make suffer and have an unfair life. honestly the story buildup is very fast and with a shaky foundation, I mean how her career just shoots up as an actress when she had'nt even released any shows... more>> or anything yet...i like the ML but honestly I dont even get how their relationship progresses... like all character backgrounds are so vague... like we know nothing clearly about them n their life-everything is so blank.

i like how they're some sci-fi elements but unfortunately there is nothing explained about it nor are we clear on why 'what' is happening 'when' its happening... basically what could have made this story better would be if the author would have put in more details, filled in the many plot holes, allowed a better progressing or explanation for why the ML fell for the MC, having more things going on in the plot like side-stories for the original protagonists of the comic..... and other things... this is m personal opinion as a reader by no means is this a professional critique.

of course I actually really enjoyed reading this if you can ignore its slight flaws here and there-makes a decent light read. <<less

It is a cute story, not that deep, and with a happy ending, good to read if you are looking for something very light. Honestly, it is not my cup of tea but it is enjoyable. The plot feels rushed, the "power" that she got when she was transmigrated is mentioned, like, two times and the romance is not romantic at all.

I would have loved that the author would have used FL's power to solve or explain or something with the ML's curse or something at all.

Quite a cute story. I love the dinamic of Siyu and siscon Ji Lin in this story.

The ML, not so much. He is like a 3-year-old tantrum kid who will blow up every time his wants are not fulfilled. The ML is not a yandere, but a kid mentality in an adult body.

This story is kind of weird. I don't know if it's the translation losing some things or if it's just written that way.

Starting out, we have the MC who transmigrates into her own webcomic as the character she randomly named after herself. This character is a low tier actress/model with the body of a sunfish. She always looks sickly, is easily bruised, vomits up blood and occasionally passes out. Yet she's still quite beautiful so people view her as the sickly beauty that they want to protect... more>> and take care of.

The ML is... different. His initial reason for being around the MC is that her body is cold and he likes it. Of course, this quickly turns into him "raising a little rabbit" and he becomes obsessive and controlling. Like should-have-the-cops-called obsessive and controlling. He does get her better medication and handles stuff in the background for her but it's not until the last third of the story that he actually does something to make it seem like he's romantically interested.

The Brother is kind of what you would expect in an original ML, he's cheerful but also determined. He's been working behind the scenes to help out his sister and eventually makes the choice to be behind her despite their mother being a twat.

The antagonist is rather dumb and is trying to chase the MC's half-brother while trying to tear down the MC. Her actions are pretty juvenile so it's not really all that enjoyable. The MC also rarely does anything against her, just a few verbal sparring matches but it's the ML and the brother who deal with her and the others who go against the MC.

The ending is... well, it's an ending. There really isn't anything spectacular about this story. Even the:

Antagonist being reborn doesn't really add to the story. It's just a reasoning as to why the Antagonist hates the MC.

I love this story, I come back and re-read it periodically. The storyline is just too funny. I love the relationship with her brother. The male lead lead is a little overbearing, but what do you expect with a Yandere tag. Thank you so much for starting and completing the novel translators! You did a great job!

It's cute. I liked the MC. I liked how much she despised herself for writing some truly awful characters into her comic. She recognizes Fifth Master Lu as the possessive, domineering President type that is fun to read about in novels, but you'd never want to meet in real life.

Some things like the luck over people's head start off strong and peter out.

The fluff between the brother and sister pair is the real treat and the real reason to read the novel.

The MC's personality was enjoyable and the brother/sister relationship very cute. MC was rather OP, but I read this type of story mostly for the OP, so it's part of the story trope being written here. The revenge on the horrible mother was satisfying. OFL a bit overly s*upid, but she made herself sufficiently dislikeable to enjoy her downfall. ML was typical overbearing jerk who falls in love with and eventually starts to listen to MC, nothing special.

Honestly, I enjoy it and I do think it's a fun and light read though you would definitely get rightfully annoyed at the villains in this story. Also, I don't think the male lead is that much of a yandere; out of the yandere male lead that I've read, he's the mildest one because the only traits he has is the fact that he's cold, emotionless, and protective of her but in a way that I think is still acceptable.
