these types of mafia~ yakuza-esque type of stories are really my guilty pleasure T^T of course I'm not always expecting some fluff or somethig of the like, but I usually avoid the ones with the r*pe and noncon tags, but since I read a lot of people saying there was only one scene of r*pe, I thought i'll just bare with it. What made it for me was the plot, I liked the pace and the action. It had some good twists and overall I just liked that it didn't took the first comission as the whole plot for their story to develop, like some stories usually do. Another thing I totally loved was the MC, the way Ja-kyung is written makes him somewhat relatable even though his circumstances aren't that relatable to most of us, if any. He's a likeable character, I just wish him peace and lots of watermelons lol, and even the ML has some weird unexpected charms, but yeah.... As for the smuts scenes, there were some that were enjoyable and others that just weren't for me.

This novel is absolutely stunning!!!

I was reading slowly for the two first chapters because I was so busy but after that I cannot put it.

I love each character, the detail of all of them, the cruelty and the violence is just perfectly fit. The comedy, angst, bickering, action, they are all awesome.

i want to give 5 rate, but I cant click it, hufft.
This novel top notch, plot, character devlpmnt, setting, all of it, from start to finish.

Trio brother Wang Han, Wang Lung & Wang Wei so (adorable trio brothers ^^)
I like the dialog, the description of the situation, very detail and I can imagine the scene vividly.
The best of all are the comedy in it, the yang Kang Il-Hyun always say unpredictable word, like telling how sexy Ja-Kyung in the most terrible time, it's make me smile from ear to ear, sadistic but such a unique character.

I finish read it for 3 days on the weekdays, which is busy day for me, and I got a little headache because lack of sleep, but it doesn't matter, because the story so interesting and I couldn't stop myself, ha ha ha

I'll recommended this story for all BL Genre Lover, TOP of The TOP

This is a good read with a pretty good translation.

The characters are good and the story is thrilling and doesn't drag.

Steamy scenes are good because it's not just the same stuff, there's almost like a new 'theme' to each one.

Just have fun with it!

It was a fun and hooking reading. My favorite part was how unhinged the ML was and how the MC wasn't naivety fooled.

The plot was progressed quickly so you don't have time to get bored. It's good if you want action, smut and an overbearing ML.

Honestly it was very good from start to finish.

I was dying for a truly MC, not one who say he's strong but do nothing during the entire novel, and here I found it.

Ja-kyung is truly a badasswho seduced me as well as the ML.

Just one little criticize :

I rarely write reviews BUT I'll do one for this since it's one of my favourite novels I was searching for something like this and I came across this novel, it's really good the characters the story nd the description all my favourite types I enjoyed it alot 😀

Now this is an enemies to lovers story if I've ever seen one. Although the ML doesn't consider them enemies but still 😅.

the ML in this is actually CRAZY and I repeat, he is mentally unstable. He has tried/threatened to kill the MC many many times so that the MC can't 'runaway' from him.

like I'm not even joking when I say that the ML has tried to taxidermize him 💀. Also when the MC runaway from him to an island, the ML arrived with a helicopter and guns. He threatened that if the MC runs away again he'll chase after him with a fighter jet 😂.

honestly, I came for the smut (and the hot cover art) but stayed for the plot. (The smut is good too (͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°) if you know what I mean)

I love the bond between the MC and his brothers. The brothers weren't just there in the background, they also had personalities which was a plus.

so, overall this was a fun read. I thought the ML was gonna be a part of the mafia but he's actually not. Il-hyun is not a part of the mafia (I think?). He's a rich psychotic CEO.

btw, I'm pretty sure Il-hyun has a nipple sucking fetish. <<less
