Goodness, I've been on a binge for idol novels and damn, did this one hit the spot!

First of all, I have to give my kudos to the translator who has done a wonderful job! The translation is completely understandable and easy to read, which can be hard to kind in this genre I feel...

As for the novel itself, I really like it! Im not super far along yet, but I like the pacing and find myself genuinely liking the main character. He spiraled into a complete mess after what... more>> happened with his family, understandably so, and you can fell his broken heart through the author's narration. It certainly didn't help that he felt genuine regret and sorry towards the people he hurt with his behavior during his spiraling. It makes me really want to root for him, and seeing how hard working and determined he is makes it really easy to wish him the best!

The system type entity responsible for sending him back in time is ABSOLUTELY hilarious. It's so snarky and continually makes fun of the MC while also encouraging him. And total tsundere lmao

All in all, it's a great read, and while it makes your heart twinge with his past, it's still a pretty light hearted read and overall very enjoyable! I really hope more people read this so I have people to chat about it with lol.
I'm also really grateful to the translator to bringing this gem to us English speakers and making the experience really fun, so I plan to support them as much as I can! <<less

A fun read so far.
The flow is great, I read it all in one sitting. The plot is OK, nothing groundbreaking but interesting enough you engaged. The MC and the AI are fun to read with a unique dynamic that's entertaining to follow. It has left me very interested in following where it goes. The translation is great, there's even footnotes to explain Korean lingo rather than just direct translations that may make some translations odd. Thank you and please keep up the good work.

My requirements for a good novel are simple, be entertaining without controversial content. Controversy, for me, often makes a good read excessively complex and convoluted cause they have to address every controversial thing which I have absolutely ZERO interest in. I read wuxia/lightnovels/webnovels etc for entertainment. This is not to mean it can't be thought provoking. It's just exhausting getting through entire arcs with zero relation to the plot summary.

What a beautiful, beautiful novel. Our MC is very smart and charismatic. His past is very unfortunate, and it makes you think about how koreans see their idols. He's quite the black horse in the competition, without many people watching his potential.

You can see how much he likes his teammates, and wants to watch them grow. I even read ahead!
