Actually, the plot is quite simple but I still love it. I especially love how MC and ML interacted with each other in the courting phase. ML and MC met at the blind date. Both MC and ML didn't have much expectations from the beginning, especially ML. He thought MC will be the same as his previous blind date, clingy and over-enthusiastic type, but surprisingly, MC was different. Both MC and ML found each other quite compatible and decided to take it to the next step. Courtship, dating, engagement, and... more>> marriage, all went smoothly without any obstacles and dramas. Quite simple right? But it's also quite refreshing especially after reading many palace drama novels.

Their sweet interactions make me almost forget that this is a transmigration novel. MC was aware that she was transmigrated to another world but didn't know much detail about it. She didn't know that ML was the original male lead of some novel about CEO and she originally was only an unimportant side character. The original female lead was Bai Xin Yu, ML's childhood friend.

In the original story, ML and Bai Xin Yu ended up married with each other but not because of love. Well, Bai Xin Yu indeed liked him but ML only married her randomly because he got fed up with his mother who put him into blind date over and over again.

During his marriage, ML only treated Bai Xin Yu as a nominal wife and never once loved her let alone touched her. Bai Xin Yu ended up resented ML and openly cheated with other men. They ended up getting divorce. In her death bed, Bai Xin Yu regretted her action towards ML and vowed that if she ever reborn, she will love ML wholeheartedly. Well, she indeed reborn after that but she didn't know that Su Rui (MC) was no longer the original Su Rui from her previous life. This new Su Rui managed to capture ML's heart, something that she couldn't do in her previous life.

I originally wanted to have more showdown between MC and Bai Xin Yu but unfortunately there was almost none. Bai Xin Yu only appeared briefly and didn't affect ML and MC's relationship at all. Rather, we got more lovey dovey moments between ML and MC till the end. <<less

The story is really good. It’s really sliced of life and down to earth kinda plot (added a bit of fantasy feel/ though it’s really not influenced most of the story) It’s try to be “realistic “ But still, this is a romance with an entertaining purposes. So why I said it’s good is, it’s very fluffy. The MC is VERY sensible (the author quite tried to emphasise this characteristics, like her thinking, is ‘normal’ and analytical. ML, well is ml, even though the author didn’t quite make... more>> him the typical overbearing, op president, love at 1st sight, or over the top possessiveness, but still the pampering and fluffed are there to spiced up the ‘ no aghast, no dog blood or silly misunderstandings “ kinda story.

For me, it’s a light hearted story, and I have a smile on my face when I read the whole story, so it’s a pleasant story to read. And surprisingly it’s not boring or bland. If you had previously read too much drama or dog blood, this story will give you a relax feel good time. Thank you <<less

It's so refreshing to read a story where the characters are not too 2d and have thinking process and can come to logical conclusions on their own.

This is story is purely a slice of life and there will be no family scandals? Face slapping or other exciting events just dating leading to marriage then to kids in a the world of a transmigrated to a book girl.

This is a slow-paced slice of life romance. The fact that the protagonist has transmigrated is very minor in the story and doesn't really affect it.

The only part where it really affected the story was a minor part talking about the novel's protagonist and one scene where she tried to hurt our MC. It was barely part of the story and I think it was just for minor face-slapping, and to show that the ML never loved her in the original novel, so the ML and MC's love is true.

I kept waiting for the fact that she transmigrated into this novel to spice up the storyline but there was nothing. If you're looking for a slice-of-life practical protagonist, this novel is for you. If you're looking for an isekai novel, this is not for you.

Very sweet! This is a low drama, casual read. I read a couple of chapters at night before going to bed. It didn't keep me up late reading, so it's not that kind of gripping, but I did keep joyfully coming back to it.

I like both of the leads, and I think it's sweet how much the ML is willing to go with the flow of any idea of the FL. So often it feels like characters struggle to like each other, but these two have a comfortable, easy affection.... more>> It feels genuine when they interact. I love me some drama, but I also love a story that's low on it. I like that the FL doesn't know what is going to happen in her life. She's not trying to change anything. She's just trying to live her life.

Almost all of the characters - main and side characters - feel like actual people instead of caricatures meant to play just one role. They're just the sort of regular people you would know and be friends with in your life. The female antagonist doesn't fit into that, but she barely exists in the story, so that's okay.

My only real critique is that it seems like time doesn't really pass for the first 60 or so chapters. The author doesn't seem to want to let any days or weeks pass without remark, so it feels like it's just days from one big step in their relationship to another. In actuality, it's about 7 months time, according to later in the novel but it feels like a few weeks. <<less

What a great story. The FL and the ML relationship is the best ever. They are so mature. Of course, all that ended after he asked her to get engaged. The story was rushed after that and the realistic relationship between them become novel. But it was worth reading.

This is definitely a good story! Oh my gosh, it's so fluff, I love it! If you're looking for drama and face slapping, there's not much here. It focuses more on having a steady life and being serious on your goals. The leads met through a blind date and they slowly develop feelings towards each other. It's so nice because in reality, I really want that to happen to me too. Of course I get my kick out of dramatic stories or like face slapping but what I truly want... more>> for a relationship is just like this. Not messy but stable and reliable. They are rational but they are also like teenagers who are so happy with each other that I also feel envious. Translation is great too! Keep up the good work! And thank you for taking this up! Definitely a suggested read for fluff and light reading! <<less

Lovely work. Light-hearted but also one of the most realistic love stories I've ever read without being boring or trite. A steady paced adventure through a relatively undramatic love story that just makes you feel happy and good. 10/10.

The story is good with character that are pragmatic in approach relating to any problem. Till now there is not much drama and they story is flowing smoothly. If you want to read a romantic story were this is no schemes or necessary complicated misunderstanding this for you. A good heart warming story without negativity.

I like it so far. The MC is very rational and realistic. She’s very serious about her relationship with ML and they both started dating with marriage in mind. She’s also very serious about her studies and always asks questions about it to the ml. It’s a nice slow paced, realistic, slice of life novel with some sugar here and there. The only problem I have is that most of their conversations in the early dating phase is about economy and business. It’s not a bad thing but I can’t... more>> help but skip those parts cause I don’t get a thing about economy. And those parts are quite long too. Other than this, being a bit too slow paced and lacking a bit drama, it’s overall a good reading. <<less

It's funny, and romantic but not overly cringe. The plot is not too fast n not too slow, it's just nice.

It has nice relaxing tone. MC and ML are very good in the sense they are more like real people. Their relationship is pretty much smooth sailing except a small misunderstanding in the beginning. The only villian was handled hilariously in my opinion. She played one man show and was kicked away quite fast. ???

I find this a very enjoyable read and definitely worth my time. I love almost all of the characters, except for one as I really cannot understand how the supposedly original female MC in the book become one when her characters even in the original book in the story is so flawed? 'Very Highly Recommended'.
