Good plot, great characters, interesting concept, and a fantastic food evolution.

Edit: writing more context about my summaries review above

Plot:

... more>> The plot centers more on the tribes improvement and growth in population as it becomes more diverse, the leveling up of the MC, shi li and his bad karma, and the ML hiding his true abilities.

Tbh, I felt that the point of perspective of the story is more on the ML than the MC, the MC has its own side of the story, but the ML has more thoughts going through his head than the MC so maybe that why.

The story also focuses more on improving The tribes food quality and quantity. The chapters can sometimes get repetitive, but the story also has its own unique flow of events which makes me stay to read more.

Characters:

The MC kind of a clean slate, because unlike his ex and the ML he didn't transmigrated or reincarnated so he still has that innocence in him, the ML also has issues going on as he has severe ptsd due to stress. The characters roles have a perfect balance to it. There are the characters that are pure and just want to survive like the MC, there also characters who are like ML and have experience many things which makes their personalities complicated and well-rounded.

Concept:

If you read the summary, the concept is unclear and not unique at all. But once you've read the story you find that the novels has a cave full of unique and great concepts that can be improved if the author plans to make another novels with these same elements.

Finally, food evolution:

I mentioned before that the plot of this story points out to the improvement of the quality and quantity of the food of the tribe, now the the food evolution is fantastic as it goes through from just something to eat to survive to I want it seasoned and delicious. It really makes you hungry as more food gets discovered overtime <<less
