A sugary story packed with sweetness. MC is amazing in her own right and there's something about dense female protagonists that is fun to read... maybe it's how they're always paired with male leads that are up front with their feelings...

I'm also still wondering; is her super dishes something she was born with or something that got boosted when she got the Holy Sword...?

Who said there is need for flashy moves and a lot of drama to create a good story. This one was short, cute and memorable. Best 5 minute "book" of my life.

Well delivered story, just cheeky enough, good translation to go with it.

For a "short" story (the length is fairly long if you compare it to a normal chapter for novels, but still less than a whole arc), it had just enough of everything and a good balance to make me enjoy it.

I'd recommend it for anyone that wants a short change of pace from their usual reading, be it action or romance novels. And even if you somehow don't enjoy it (nothing can be for everyone after all), it's still... more>> something that should take you less than an hour to read, so you would not waste hours like when you don't really enjoy something but want to see if it gets better after the first arc. <<less

Well written heartwarming comedy story of a certain heroine in her journey to conquer the Demon King (?) and his attendants through their stomach. With her skill as a baker, will she be able to do it? (Ofc duh) Read more about her epic saga (lol) in this novel~

A diabetes-inducing and comedical short story that I definitely recommend.

This was just soooo cute. One of my favourite quick reads.

If you want to read a bloody, gruesome and tragic epic tale of a dragonslayer... Then you better find another novel. This is a fluffy, adorable and funny story where you crave after sweets...

And the love interest... You should really be even more straightforward and shameless to make the MC understand your intentions hahahaha

This is a great example of how great translation can do wonders for a story. The humor was translated brilliantly, and I honestly wish I was in the story with the female lead as she conquers demons, dragons and the country with her food. Her inner monologues are the best as she asks the really important questions that majority of the reader's are asking too. Can never get enough with this kind of heroine.

A delightful little tale of the heroes vs the demon lord. As short stories go it's pretty long, but it doesn't drag. Expect fluffy silliness. It's a very fun read.

Short, but sweet! It’s a very nice story that manages to put you in a good mood. The plot is there, but it’s nothing so deep that it bogs you down with information. MC is a joy with just enough dense-ness to enjoy the resolution of the slight romance plot line on the side. It’s a very quick read but an enjoyable one nonetheless!

Sweet, lighthearted and funny though the story seems a bit rushed but it's a good read and its kind of refreshing that the female protagonist is not a teenager with a pretty face. The story is very funny the MC was very dense and not realise the dragon intention

Surprisingly cute and funny. The female MC is dense but in the best possible way. My favorite thing about this story is how everyone conspires to get rid of the 'oldwo' bird. XD

I liked the easter eggs in it. Taking another hero from Shield hero, solar hands from Yakitate! Japan were just the ones I spotted.

As for the actual short story. It was nice, if a bit diffuse on some occasions. We also had the dense MC, female style.

I love this story but agree with Kailyria20 that the story is to short. It's sweet for the reader and the characters. And the conclusion just is the best.

Basically the female MC just wants to continue living her life and making sweets. Due to some coincidences she gets chosen as the hero, sets out on the journey to defeat the demon king before the other countries heroes and in the end starts a sweets shop with everyone she encountered on her journey (like the dragon king, Hero of the Armor, demon king...) on th eborder between the human and demon lands.

I really liked this!! Despite of being a oneshot is well written, the plot is interesting and very unpredictable XD

Loved the comedy too~... And of course, the romance between the leads is so cute and adorable ^_^

I'd definitely recommend this story!
