Description
Links are NOT allowed. Format your description nicely so people can easily read them. Please use proper spacing and paragraphs.Su Yi has played many vicious female supporting roles such as a mistress, a witch, a villainess, and what not, earning the title, “National Villainess,” receiving quite a few haters.
She then fell in love with a veteran who had NO. IMPERFECTIONS. AT. ALL! (Su Yi said in all seriousness). It was just that he wasn’t quite pleased with her reputation…
Therefore Su Yi ran back to the company, crying. “I want to change my public image! I don’t want to be a villainess anymore! I want to play a white lotus flower, it’d be great if I could be the wife of a soldier who would sacrifice everything for love!”
Even so there was one thing Su Yi was certain about right from the start.
Chu Ying was hers, no objections allowed!

there is literally only one thing that kinda bothered me but it was included in like 2 chapters
she has this shtty sister who has a mentally disabled son who is maybe only kindergarten age. MC says that she loves him and that he is her only family but he only comes up a few times and she never visits him until suddenly he drowns and dies. Like wtf. Why you do dis?? Either follow through with the plot and have her like at least try to get him away from his abusive mother or completely forget about his story. Like why you bring him into this just to die??
And yay for it not being a transmigration novel so we can temporarily give hacks and plot advanced knowledge a kick in the bucket, tyvm.
The ML is stoic and doesn't know the other s*x all too much but it drastically changed thanks to MC who turned him into a naughty cheeky sweet BF.
The pace of how they got together might've been a bit too quickly, or at least, should've given us a POV of ML because it was really a instant switch from -do what you want- to a -fine I'll play along, hard- mode.
Also also, synopsis? HUGE mislead, yeet that into the tr*sh can as well.
Only the last sentence/title was accurate. The rest is all misleading. MC never minded the fact she was playing the villain role or the seductress role that makes people fume, ML never minded the fact that MC's reputation was terrible (he just rarely interacted with women and had no interest in relationships and was temp. baffled by such a proactive gal). Her terrible reputation from the get go was due to brain dead fans (Kelly Marie Tran X Star Wars drama, if anyone recalls) but just permanently throughout her celeb career.
The drama... is... ehhhhhhhh, MC can stand up for herself but it never felt all too refreshing as romance was in the forefront but drama... boi the drama kept coming back.
It's like there's a garden party going on but out there VS a construction site on the other end of the street, and they're both competing who can be louder. It mashes terribly together.
Especially at the end where the author felt the necessary to kill of MC's nephew for the sake of cutting off her sister and stop funding her gambling addictions. Seriously, could've asked ML for help, ego aside, they were dating long enough for her to maybe bring up the option to save her abused and neglected nephew from her evil sister's clutches, but nope.
Her suddenly changing to get more pure roles in shows/movies was mainly to please her in laws. Felt ridiculous and unnecessary and only paints ML as a dude who downplays his gf's insecurities and worries, he never really bothered to change his parents' opinion of her, maybe knowing they're good people and will see her for who she is but generally her reason to change roles? Probably for that shitty irrelevant synopsis, that small mind for change only lasted for 2-3 chapters anyway. Most of the drama is really there to create some background buzz and bonding moments for the couple. For how often it had been dragged to the forefront, they remained very irrelevant. Factory systematic like *bad end* stamped on their forehead and life goes on, y'know.
