You know I'm petty and I don't care. I just don't like the romance.

I actually like the MC's character but the fact she still chooses the ML is also an indication of her character that I don't like. Personally, I dislike these types of MLs or honestly type of man.

Btw I kinda dislike how he never takes when she's irritated seriously bc he'll laugh about it, pinch her cheek, and just do something else to get his way.

there's explicitly this line when they say she disliked him pinching her cheek but he just ignored it and kept doing it until she just lets him and he says in his mind or something he just needs to continue training her for other stuff. I know it's meant in a lowkey cute way about probably physical stuff but...

it just comes off like the ML doesn't respect her. Idk. Whatever sue me if you think I'm reading too much into it. I basically don't like MLs that love to tease like all the time bc I feel like there's a line and men like this think that as long as they want it - there's no boundaries FOR THEM and personally imo that's b.s.

In the end, this is actually really entertaining writing probably. This basically reads like it could be a tv show. One I personally wouldn't watch but I'm sure a lot people could like this if you like those men that love to tease. smh <<less

I didn't feel they were equal in their relationship. I don't mind the age difference nor the teacher-student relationship. But I really cannot bring myself to like this ML.

He really doesn't respect teaching profession at all. He was so blatant and he behaved like he was doing a great favour by teaching them like the great famed Tsinghua University cannot go without a businessman who teaches law while blatantly dating the student. It was really disgusting.

I even felt like he didn't really pursued FL because he fell in love with... more>> her. After all although they knew each other in childhood but he wasn't in love with her then. It was only when he was marriageable age he felt it was time to get married and FL was suitable so he pursued her but make it seem like he was so in love with her.

FL was a innocent and spoiled girl who had her own expectations towards dating and marriage but she was given no choice. She was only 19 when she had to date a 27 old man who constantly pressures her for s*x and then marriage. Like she didn't even get to enjoy his persuit. ML didn't really pursue her after all. They didn't even go on a date when he just took her home kissed her and she became his girlfriend. Next time when she was asleep he took advantage of her in the office without her permission and she didn't even know she was fondled and l**ked all over. Then he almost did the deed next time he took her his home. Not only that he tried to have s*x with her in just two months of their relationship and in three months he pressured for marriage by letting her meet his parents when she wasn't ready.

He never asked for her opinion and just forced his decisios and FL had to understand his "good" intentions. She was forced to change herself.

This was definitely a great read! I started this expecting to read an achingly sweet and light story with an a soft and weak MC but it gave me much more than that.

The first thing I loved about this novel is the FL's bluntness. She can really hit you where it hurts when she speaks. Oh her poor roomates XD

I also love FL and her roommates open mindedness. They don't shy away when they talk about s*xual matters and can even joke about it. Albeit they can also blush or... more>> get shy at times but its so unlike those typical MCs that overreacts when they mention s*x.

As for ML, he was the typical smart, rich, young and handsome CEO but thankfully, he's not cold but he's not that approachable either. He always acts perfunctorily and draws boundaries especially to girls who hit on him. But he's flirty to FL and can be very shameless. He's a great ML. However, the part that kinda don't like about him is sometimes, he doesn't let FL do things at her own pace.

The romance started early and was pretty fast-paced. Maybe because the ML grew up abroad and FL's straightforwardness and maturity. They weren't any major conflicts in their relationship. Well, they did have one big quarrel that didn't end immediately and almost caused a huge accident. But it wasnt dragged too far and was resolved in time.

And unexpectedly, the snusnu was good. I didnt expect that at all. Lol

Tho there was a time that can be considered as dubcon since FL was under drugs. But I think it was not really against her will since FL was pretty much looking forward and willing to do it with him before that happens. They just got disturbed everytime before that.

The side characters are great! Their friends, relatives (I love her brother) are all awesome! I live for FL's banters with her brother and roommates.

But what really solidified my five star rating is that those lessons and life-advices packed in each chapter. Like damn, I was laughing so hard but after a while, I suddenly turn quiet and began to reflect. I was looking forward for this tidbits every chapter but I MTLed the latter half and MTL was tolerable but there are always parts that I could only grit my teeth and finish it without understanding.

Kudos to the translators! It was definitely a job well done. Thank you so much for translating this novel! Ill definitely reread this after its completely translated.

Congratulations and thanks to the author too for this wonderful story.

Its definitely a RECOMMENDED READ. Go read it for good laughs and fluff! <<less

Looks promising so far! The translations are good and the translator takes the time to explain some meanings behind the translations. Thank you so much, otherwise I will really be lost!

The interactions between the characters are cute and funny and I'm liking the main characters. Can't wait to read more.

It's so cute, the ML is so smooth at flirting and the MC is also really funny. But the down side is that it took way to long for a new update. Love the plot so far

Fluffy romance between MC & ML. A few instances of smut to keep things hot. I love her interaction with her dorm mates as well as family and also his friends. I've only manage to find 2 extras. Would love to read an extra on her brother.

I am giving it a 5 star for two reasons. One, I love the life advice. I'm literally gonna go back and re-read the novel because of how beneficial it is.

Number two is I love the side characters! Like every character should have a book of their own. I went searching for the author just to see if he really did write books for them but so far I haven't found any.

Anyways, it's OK and a little funny but serious in many ways. I really like the point made that... more>> everyone's worries are different depending on their situations and circumstances. We have no right to belittle others just because we do not understand and cannot comprehend their life and situation.
