Meh.

The good: the translation is quite good, and for those that like this type of setting and character archetypes it's quite decent.

The bad: the author's lack of writing experience definitely does it make self known quite early on i.e. Using another character's pov to reflect on what just happened literally a chapter ago

Feels pretty lifeless and slow.

It's basically just a wishfufillment isekai JP world, but the MC is the misunderstood villain so lots of heroines will all fall for him because of how sad his situation or whatever.

Characters are all pretty lifeless cardboard cut out types.

Random RPG stat and skill list at the bottom just bcs.

Overall just find other good stuff to read, unless you really want to live a life of being a misunderstood villain who really never does anything besides gets strong and collects heroines.

Since this is lacking reviews, I'll just copy the short review I gave it from my rec list. Though it doesn't really matter since the original novel is on hiatus anyways.-

Very simplistic, no interesting character dynamics or growth, pointless power system, multiple POV switches just to repeat info, 5 out of 10. It is readable, but that is kind of all. The writing isn't particularly good or descriptive either. The entire "people have a bad impression of him" point gets swept up under "its because of his skill/ trait". But... more>> how can they observe or quantify skills in-world is never explained. This also leads to frankly braindead characters. Maybe i'll leave a review on the novel page. Oh btw, the novel starts from the moment the MC is delivered by the maid/ born and yet his mother is never ever brought up even once. I've dropped this at chapter 24 <<less
