Dumping a jerk, getting back at his as*hole colleagues, firing his dumbass boss, staying in a luxurious house, enjoying a feast and bedding a young, energetic and handsome guy—Chu Xun very coolly did what he didn’t dare to do in the past!
All his savings were spent and as he laid down waiting for his death, the doctor apologetically told him, “I’m so sorry, we misdiagnosed you.”
“…” Chu Xun felt faint.
He did another checkup and thought, he did feel unwell recently though?
The doctor looked grim.
Chu Xun’s heart skipped a beat. “Don’t tell me it wasn’t a misdiagnosis after all. Am I sick?”
Doctor: “You do not have a terminal illness, but you are… You are pregnant.”
Chu Xun: “???” Ermm, he’s a guy?
And later, the child’s father, that young, energetic and handsome man, who also happened to be a 26-year-old billionaire, Lin Yanchen, appeared and handed out a marriage certificate already signed by him. “I’ll take responsibility. Let’s get married.”
Chu Xun only realised now that his 30-years-late love life, as though blooming blossoms, was flooding in.

Blooming romance can't be put on the category of interesting as it focuses more on two characters who falling in love and even end up settling with each other. So its a very common modern slice-of-lice plot. There's not much angst in the later parts and the misunderstandings was basically told in the summary, dog-blood means overly cliche or embarrassing so maybe it has some part of it. But it actually works well, if you want to spice things up so your work doesn't get boring, but it is also considered a double edge sword if you don't know how to use it right. The characters are very aware of each other and aren't just there to stand and go 'hey were just background' they really move and have emotions and past that made them who they are.In conclusion, it's a common and average story but thanks to the characters it has made it slightly fun (for me that is.)4/5 ?(+) story is fresh and fluffy, the setting of the world is realistic.
Even if the mpreg is not explored much it was handled pretty well, not just used to make MC/ML have babies and then forgotten completely.
(+) Interesting and not Sue characters.
Younger sweet doting ML and there's my favourite mentor-mentee relationship (pity it only appears once/twice). Mature and thoughtful relationship between main couple, such a delight to read~
Interaction with their child is cute without being overly showy. They are mature parents who doesn't spoil their child mindlessly, and we even get to see the kid grow up and learn about the world. The child's love future is left open, a peaceful HE. (I like this too! I don't want to think about babies getting married after I had just read about their parents TBH)
(+) Ending is written well, quietly beautiful like fluttering petals!
(+) Supporting characters have their own lives and thoughts, and capable of changes. I don't often like --everyone is gay--plots because it's easy to make it cheap.
(+/-) A lot of drama, but each progression still make sense in terms of cause and the characters involved. I only don't like that it's so heavy with sad, like I'm being spoon-fed telenovela. So much crying, so much self-imposed angst.....
