10/10 - Light Novel (Very well done. This has the most detailed portrayal of the storyline when you are comparing the adaptations. They also include some bonus stuff at the end of each novel so it is worth it to purchase the light novel and not just read the web novel.) 

10/10 - Anime (They left out some stuff... but they have to cause it is an anime but they did a good job)

9.9/10 - Manga (... they lost 0.1 points because they have created separate titles of the series by the different arcs in the light novel but the scanlators drop the project without completing it .... *frustration*... but the manga is like the anime they leave stuff out but they still do a good job.)

Final Thoughts: Across the board it is a good series to enjoy in any of its adaptations. As they are different mediums they do leave some stuff out but they are still good adaptations. The series is portrayed consistently in terms of characters, storyline, atmosphere, etc. <<less

8.5/10 - Manhwa (They changed some stuff in the manhwa but they are getting the general stuff right. I did not take off too many points because of the changes due to the fact that it doesn't change the storyline *that* much (they only changed some details and added scenes that got the same result probably for the reader's interest). The pacing of the web novel is faster than the one portrayed in the web novel. To me, this was actually a good thing that the manhwa did by increasing the pace of the story. It is an entertaining and fun read, just don't go in thinking the it is an entirely faithful adaptation. It is *not a faithful adaptation* but they still got the general storyline right in terms of character development, setting, world-building, etc. But they did change one of the antagonistic characters.... but we will see how it turns out. I hope these changes improve the storyline ... to see more read my thoughts on the web novel below.)

8.5*/10 - Web Novel (This score is impacted by the fact that I am somewhat disappointed in where the series went and how it did not go deeper into character development. However, it should be noted that later chapters (past chapter 49) are more along the lines of an MTL translation... which does impact how enjoyable the series is to the reader. ...so reader beware.)

Final Thoughts: There are some notable changes to the manhwa storyline adaptation when it is compared to the web novel. Super fans may want to skip the manhwa adaptation if they are totally devoted to the original series. However, for people who just want to just enjoy it in a different form *while being aware that there are notable changes (they are not significant changes) to the manhwa* then go ahead and read the manhwa adaptation. One thing that does stand out in comparing the web novel to the manhwa, is the pacing of the storytelling. The manhwa seems to do a good job at creating an entertaining storyline and the web novel comes off as an almost relaxed pace that seems to reflect the personality of the MC who is generally a very calm person.  <<less

7/10 - Manhwa (I was really disappointed with the first season of the LMS manhwa adaptation. It took out *a lot* of the amazing character development that the web novel explored in-depth. These characters that were very complex became flat in the manhwa. The only saving grace of the manhwa is the proceeding seasons which helps to depict the amazing fight scenes that are described in the web novel. So, fans of the web novel should take the manhwa with a grain of salt and are advised to *not* read the web novel before reading the manhwa adaptation.... you will be too frustrated/upset to enjoy it. If the first season is too frustrating, skim it... more>> and then go to the second season where there is more action and less character development.)

10/10 - Web Novel (Translators did an amazing job of bringing this series to English readers. I did not finish reading the series and it has been a few years since I did read it. However, from what I remember the translators did an amazing job of adapting the nuances of the story into English. From the humor to the character development, these translators should have a standing ovation for their work. This is my thank from a reader who enjoyed the series immensely due to your amazing translation work.)

Final Thoughts: The first season of the manhwa adaptation of the web novel was intolerable to me (as someone who really enjoyed the character development). I would only say that people who want to enjoy a visualization of the characters and fight scenes should read the manhwa and to take the manhwa series with a grain of salt as it is *not faithful* to the web novel.  <<less

9.5/10 Manga - (While staying fairly faithful to the web novel, the manga adaptation does leave out some of the details in terms of character development and narrative. I think the main reason for my disappointment with the manga adaptation stems mainly from the manga's lack of emphasis on the fact that MC's narrative in the web novel focuses heavily on their desire to become human again. That aspect is lost in the adaptation from web novel to manga and is a key point in explaining the MC's motivations. However, in terms of storyline, the manga does stay faithful to the web novel.)

Final Thoughts: This series has a generally good adaptation from web novel to manga. However, the web novel does a better job at explaining the MC's motivations and inner-thoughts. But the manga is still a good read and brings to life the descriptions of the web novel.  <<less

9.5/10 - Manhwa (It is a faithful adaptation of the web novel. It does not quite express the inner thoughts of the characters. However, I suspect this has to do with censorship as the web novel is ... very explicit in those inner-thoughts... especially for the ML. Still, it is a good adaptation of the web novel. The manhwa does a good job at translating the storyline, characters, and world that is described in the web novel. In terms of pacing, it felt like the manhwa sped the storyline up just a little bit... maybe that is just me.)

Final Thoughts: The Predator's Contract Partner is a series that was well adapted to manhwa. The translation of the web novel is fantastic. I highly recommend that you read the web novel translation if you want to get all of the details overlooked by the manhwa. In general, it felt like the manhwa was an abridged version of the web novel... not a bad one. Think of the manhwa as an adaptation that condenses the series. <<less
