high-rated novels (typically 4 and above). most are complete or at least have many chapters. i've been reading webnovels for awhile now. [note: i go pretty hard on the ratings. any 5 i give are rare *unsurpassable* ones. 4 signals very high quality, 3 is worth a binge, 2 is meh read if you're bored, 1 is a horrible waste of time]
