Although ML is a tsundere, he really is a softie. Well first few chapters, I really did have a bad impression towards ML. I also like the endings for the side characters.

Chen yuze, I am really conflicted about his character because he was really naivë and he thought that he never did anything wrong to MC but there were implications that he never really treated MC fairly. I really cant like his character at the same time can't him. Considering how he was sheltered and raised to be naivë. But it doesn't also justify how he could cause harm towards MC.

Our MC, I liked how he was consistent with his affections towards his adoptive family even if he was almost s**ked dry. They were this kind of toxic kind of fam wherein they rely almost everything to MC but unlike those other novels wherein they come out as hateful kind of toxic family members.

ML's family is 10/10. We would hope to have that kind of in laws.

I didnt even feel anything regarding her death since I know it's justified.

she's a typical bratty rich kid except she's actually dirt poor who only know how to shamelessly receive money. I also don't think her education level matches her character. She supposedly studied medicine, but all of her expenses are all from MC, she even relies her job hunting on MC. At this point you realize that both of mom children have sophisticated studies (bro is studying abroad if I'm not wrong), while MC, their breadwinner hasn't even finished highschool so you can see that bias is prevalent.
