I mtl the whole novel because I'm impatient (don't worry I still read translated chapters after). I'm sorry for any typo or mistakes.

Summary by me :
The vampire Prince Alessio (MC) was shoved into the coffin and forced to go to sleep by the Saint or Vampire Hunter, Ruzius (ML). His last memory was the ML telling him prophecy about the end of the world, a great fire of rain will come 3 years from now.

When Alessio finally wake up, everyone welcoming back so he thought has the vampire race finally rule the world. Only to realise 10 thousands years has passed and he's the only vampire that still alive.

It's a classic vampire prince x hunter (saint). Light vs Dark.
- I love the MC and ML's relationship the most. The way they bickering and fighting so funny but they still trust and understand each other very much. The relationship more like frenemy-turned-into-lovers. MC and ML really are destined to each other.

The story is so good imo. Funny but managed to maintain the seriousness without destorying the flow of the storyline. What makes me loves this novel very much is the relationship between the MC, ML and the peoples around them. I love their stories. I love seeing MC's friendships.

Let's talk about characters :

MC : Super likeable, easy to distract, OP, friendly, one of the god's favourites - His personality so cute and loveable. I can't find any reason to hate him at all. He acknowledged his own flaws and never look down on any peoples (except the villains). I just love him very much

ML : Look like typical cold ML but his personality actually written well. I don't really know how to describe him. ML never really act cold with people, it's just the way he grew up as a hunter in the temple. The education that he receives his whole life. He actually really loves to tease MC and cares very much about MC. His whole life only dedicated for MC only.

The vampire hunters :

The side characters and the villains are written well too. The princess and the dragon part make me feels very sad. I loves seeing the side characters grow and how they changed. The villains especially the sick queen, I hate her the most. I truly hate her. I just loves this novel very much. I loves all the characters here and wish nothing but happiness for them. Only flaws probably I'm hoping for more extra chapters about their lives after that.

Lastly, thank you for the translator for introducing this to us. Thank you for translating. Now I need to check out the author other works.

The story is good, MC and ML complement each other but I lack dog food! I'm lacking the sweet scene in this story ┻━┻ ミ \ （≧ ロ ≦ ＼） I want more! Even in the fanwai section, I lacked intake.

If you wish to see an excessively pampered MC, not your cup of tea.

But if you can see a MC who even after receiving sudden boundless pampering, doesn't get spoiled and strives for independency while constantly trying to prevent similar races from being just a mascot figure, it's for you.

A vampire who strives for balance and a hunter (saint) who strives for truth. And, they are the destiny of eachother.

The stories and myths that span the novel are breathtaking - The Twin Goddesses, The Wolf King, The Princess and the Dragon, The Lich, The Emperor of Beizhou, The Prophet and the Actress, The Vampire that was killed and the Hunter that died.

These gives the novel a feel... as if we're not reading about only the MC and ML but also these little stories of courage, love, revenge, regret and bravery.

I honestly enjoyed these little stories more than the fight between the protagonist and antagonist.

I can surely say that even though MC and ML seem to be enemies from the start, they have always liked each other. One hasn't realised it yet and the other forgot it.

MC and ML's relation-ship super-stable. Not afraid of water leakage!

Also, as our MC has said, the hunters probably receive bridal education too along with combat training & brainwashing. I mean... even I don't know all the things that ML knows to do! - Cooking, gardening, digital art, map drawing, interior decoration, stitching... and many more... - ML is a material made for home!! A must-have item when at home!!! And MC is blessed for this.

I like how MC and ML met, and I mean so about their real identity. A red fire fish of Styx and a heroic soul at the edge of the bank of Styx.

MC tries to make a deal with ML about his "crown" but the ML kidnaps him away... saying "DIY".

And just how they met, the ending was similar too. ML kidnapping MC from Styx again...

Jeez. You should watch Styx then, how funny it is.

Pros :

MC is the third gen of vampires and quite powerful. MC could be silly and danse at times but doesn't stray away from his setting as a powerful dark creature.

ML devoted his life to hunt down MC and their entanglement w eachother started way back. Their relationship is a good one. Sure they fight 3/4 times each year but ... more>>

MC and ML know how to tease one another and ML spoiling MC is sooo cute. Their level of understanding eachother is on a whole new level.

they were deciding whether to go left or right so ML asked MC to pick which one of his hand have a stone. If MC won, they will follow MC. MC looked at ML's hands then looked at ML'S face, then he hit ML on the head. MC knew that none of the hand have a stone. ML then asked MC to pick again. MC then picked one and the hand have the stone. MC is soo happy. Little did MC know, ML's both hands have stone. ML decided to bet everything on MC.

they kinda remind me of WWX and LZ from MDZS because of how MC is the 'bad' guy and ML is the 'good' guy. ML likes MC but he didn't confess his feelings and MC is oblivious to it.

Cons :

The villain is meh. I skimmed through the chapter where they fight and stuff so from chapter 60 ish to the end. I was gonna give this a 4 star but MC and ML relationship is something I rarely come across. Also, author could just make the MC accept all of the pampering and all the goodness the world could offer but they didn't. They make MC an independent individual (not really, ML did the gardening and cooking, ML lowkey wifi material) that wishes for other dark creatures to live independently. We stan an independent king. <<less

It's frustrating. I'm not a fan of infantilisation, especially when it makes no damn sense and goes as far as it does in this novel.

There's no good reason for MC to comply with anything these utterly brainless people want from him, and that's the biggest downfall – everyone seems mentally challenged.

People suddenly can't understand that someone from thousands of years ago isn't like the ones in their time?
That someone who fought in endless wars, one that caused the end of the world (as they knew it), isn't an uwu innocent little cutie you have to constantly monitor and treat like a 2 years old toddler?
They created uber-futuristic technology but can't understand something so basic?

MC's motivation, why he does whatever they want, why he lets himself get treated in such a degrading manner, is, at best, complete bs.
There actually wasn't even a clear reason, he just does because the plot needs him to.

It's a damn shame because the CP is quite unique, I would have loved to see how they fix and progress their relationship, why ML did what he did, etc.
Sadly the rest is so frustrating and senseless that it kills the interest I had in the couple.

To be completely honest, the whole thing reads like something meant for younger teens, not (older) adults, so maybe I'm just too far outside the targeted audience.
You should probably trust the other reviewers more than me if you generally are into this type of story.
