Honestly idk if it even count as second cp but I'm hoping it won't be. I think that chen jiao deserves a lot better than mu yi yan.

When his bf bullied chen jiao and mu yi yan said to look at the master before you beat a dog. I mean, what are you implying here? That chen jiao's a dog?

He wasn't defending chen jiao, he was saying he's his brother's dog and because his brother protected him, his bf can't mess with him even tho in mu yi yan's eyes, chen jiao is indeed just a dog.

And I really hate this scene.

Because he even said that in front of chen jiao, while knowing that chen jiao's crushing on him. Sure, just because you're liked by someone you're not in any obligation to reciprocate. And honestly, it wasn't even about confession or anything like that.

I just think that, if you (mu yi yan) don't like chen jiao in that way then be as it may. In any case, chen jiao's also not pursuing him or pestering him anything about it, he was even hiding it albeit clumsily, afraid of offending/bothering mu yi yan.

But it's like, this mu yi yan doesn't have a little bit of respect for other people. Directly saying that chen jia is ml's dog in front of him. Like for all it's worth, he's taken care of your brother meticulously and have always been very professional. He's never bothered mu yi yan or stand up to him in any way. If you don't like him romantically then fine, at least have some basic respect between strangers.

Ever since the series we've watched chen jiao work as a reliable and sensible manager and assistant. He is a very good and considerate person.

Towards the end of the novel he even put more effort in his appearance which I think is very admirable.

Personally I want him to be with someone who loves him for him.

Not some douche bag who's only in it for the looks and has been taking his secret love for granted throughout the novel.

there was one “little elf” who was mean not really mean but bitter and at first I didn’t like him but it turned out his owner abandoned him or they lost their phone or something happened to them I can’t remember so he’s poor and is providing for himself and he’s sad and bitter cause all the others are being taken care of by their player and he really loved his king story short he picked on the MC cause he could tell he was being spoiled but thought the MC player would leave him to sooner or later anyways imma stop here I don’t know if he had a good ending I stopped reading right at the climax of the story when the ML was cracking the case
