Nice short story. Good characters, even the second couple is okay. The extra helped clear up some of the abruptness of them getting together.

In terms of the ML and MC, I think it was a bit sudden for both to fall in love and to admit to it, but it is a short story so really there was just a small inner struggle before succumbing to the feels. Really it is like a full-length xianxia novel fit into a short story. So mostly same plot and characters with less background... more>> and less drama.

I really like it though and the romance was sweet and cute. Not at all too overbearing.

I really love and appreciate this book it was a nice and lovely read, maybe not very deep or extremely captivating, might not last in your heart or be very memorable but it was really satisfactory and enjoyable for me. The suppose villain who also happened to be the ML isn't all bad or a straight out unreasonable yandere, he treats the MC sincerely and their relationship is so cute and consentual. You get to see the ML be a yandere that isn't obsessed but truly in love with MC,... more>> when their love came about, how it gradually solidifies is all portrayed cleanly with a little manipulation and 0.1 to no force.

For me the downside is just the lack of description. More so the novel will get you asking what people are made of, if they are just good or just bad? If they are a mix of both or an uneaqual balance or each and What exactly is considered right or wrong? What is that slight thing that when given or taken can make or break a person. I'd recommend this it's flawed but just as beautiful <<less

Good story with not too much stressing conflicts. Good for a light read after a dog-bloodded novel. The main characters are cute. The ML fell first and the MC was being an usual oblivious at first. Their relationship is quite sweet and respectful enough (at least for me, because there are actually some dubious scenes but I don't find them disturbing yet it was kinda cute or sexy lol). The Ji and Liang pair was also cute. I would like to read more of their story if the author decides... more>> to make them the main characters of their another novel. Too bad they're only mentioned a little here. <<less

it was a very cute and fluffy story. It's sweet but it's a pity that it was short. Nevertheless, I enjoyed reading this novel.

Honestly, I need more :<<

I liked the MC and also the ml. Their interactions were cute. The ML is kind of tsundere but also respectful because he didn't force the MC to have s*x. MC is a straightforward person and sometimes he didn't even hesitate to voice out his thoughts even tho it could cause him harm.

Straightforward, fast-paced novel. I like it. Author didn’t go on a roundabout way such as making it feel like dragging. So the story progress was enough. Probably the one I’m quite concerned about is the romance between ML and MC. It didn’t feel natural for me lol. Anyway, I also like the side CP! They’re cute~ I wish they had more extras for them.

It's a fast-paced short story novel. The story is good, all elements are present, it's just a light story and it won't make your heart feel heavy. The characters are also great, they won't make you annoyed, there is a Male Yandere on the tags but the ML actually isn't so psychotic, yes he doesn't want the MC to leave him and he is kind of obsessed in him but he did not do anything wrong that is disrespectful to MC, and that is just <3. MC is also not... more>> the annoying kind of damsel in distress, well yes he needed saving on some part of the story but on other circumstances, he did his best to fight not just for his self but also for ML. The side couple is also pretty cute, I enjoyed the extras about them. I love the story but I'll only give this 4 stars, -1 because as what the author said, it has flaws, some parts of the story happen too suddenly, and some events are not very detailed. Maybe if there are more chapters, the development will be shown more and will be expressed more clearly. All in all, this is a good novel, I recommend it <3 <<less

The principal couple is cute. Not at first since it's actually a slow burn. It was pretty realistic for a novel, even more for a short novel. Even the secondary couple is cute !

I loved the extras. All of them. Even the last one what if the MC didn't transmigrate. I really think the author coverted all the options. For a reader it's really satisfying.

Petit plus : The translator created fan art. It's really cute and I was always happy finding them at the end of the chapters. The scenes were well chosen. It was a good surprise. <<less

Fluffy, short, and to the point. We hit all the plot points quite methodically, and then the novel neatly wrapped up.

The MC is somewhat idiotic and illogical at times, and the writing does tend to be a bit speedy and skimp on the details. But reading this novel will make you happy.

Great, quick work by the translation/editing team. Overall enjoyable read.

Cute story, I liked it a lot, especially the peaceful moments between MC and ML. I also liked the short mention of the side couple, I would love to read more about them too. I don’t have any complaints about this novel surprisingly, I’m usually a bit picky when it comes to cultivator novels because some aspects will make me think ‘WTF’ but this novel didn’t bring too much unnecessary drama into the story. I wouldn’t mind reading this again after a while. A good novel to pass the time.

Short and sweet. :) I finished this very quickly and it made me happy. It's not exactly revolutionary and I think the pacing was a little too fast but it is a short story so that makes sense. I love the main character and the ML, I think they go well together. Honestly, there's nothing much to say about this other than the fact it was a fun short read.

This is really Great novel! Except the character that mean to be Villains, everyone is really Great characters!

The MC is a little Dense sometimes but not naive. He's great! The ML is also not bad. We know he's already blackened, so his personality and actions was not surprising. He never really Cross the line or anything.

The Stockholm syndrome tag is mostly for Warning and Awareness. Which even the MC aware of it.

The relationship between MC and ML is so much better than I expected or what I afraid about. So... more>> I am really glad with how the story goes and end.

The most Surprising moment is Definitely the Final ! I did not expect such Emotional moments and another Unexpected scene. But all is Pleasant Surprises to me~!

The Extras is all Great!

The Plot and how the story goes is not Overwhelming or Mind-blowing, not Big Spectacular, but also not plain at all. I gave it 8/10. I enjoyed it, I liked it, and I love it! <<less

Short and sweet! Indeed, it's fast-paced - the male lead falls in love very quickly and very easily, but given that the main story is only 29 chapters and was even initially planned out to by only 3 or 4, it's paced well enough LOL.

The main character is a bit feisty, and the male lead is quick to become indulgent and spoil him. The plot resolves satisfyingly and relatively peacefully at the end, and the extra chapters are very cozy.

The "Stockholm Syndrome", "Male Yandere", and "Obsessive Love" tags are a... more>> little intense and kind of scary LOL, but it's not really like that, I think...? The ML isn't super possessive or jealous, he's kind of normal about that... he's just clingy...!

The MC does fall in love with someone who tried to kill him, though. And he sort of got locked up for like 5 chapters. Umm... oh... well, I didn't really notice it when I was reading. It wasn't brought up over and over again creepily, so I kind of just forgot those 2 things happened. Also, the ML was off trying to save him, and he was worried the MC would run off in order to save ML---it sounds a little bit complicated... but it's not kidnappy or r*pey.

Overall, if you're looking for something short and fluffy to recover your brain cells before you start another super long novel, or you simply prefer simple and sweet novels, this one's a pretty good pick! <<less

I like this one a lot. Not too long. The MC starts out a bit of an airhead but figures it out and grows stronger. Also like that the demon cultivator ML is a better person than the 'righteous' cultivators. The conversations/rants at the system add just enough humor to this bright little story. Great read!

Everything is too fast because there are not many chapters so the romance is too abrupt.

However, the most annoying thing is MC is too dumb. Somehow I can't stand how he solves all the problems without using his brain. He's just.... em yea dense protagonists tag added. His s*upidity isn't due to his oblivious about ML's feelings. But rather his brain that not work well I guess? He's the type that doesn't think before speak and don't know how to speak when he should.
