My favorite Best Actor couple! I really really like this couple! I have read the MTL version so there were things that I didn't understand, however, that didn't stop me from appreciating all the fluff and dog food.

The MC is a cute, a little naive, actor/singer who thought that the ML was a monster and his bestfriend (Ye Shanshan from MOGHA) was a vampire. He has a very colorful imagination and a unique way of thinking. The ML is a serious type, award-winning actor who had trouble trusting and being... more>> close to others due to his past and his health condition. He and the MC worked together for a film and that's how their sweet and adorable relationship started.

Both the MC and the ML had their own personal issues and shadows that they have to solve along the way. So, this is more than just a fluffy love story, the novel also portray the couple's journey to healing.

I really enjoyed reading this! I'm looking forward to reading this again once it is fully translated. <<less

It's PURE SUGAR!!! I'm 𝙉𝙊𝙏 JOKING! IT'S SUGAR OVERLOAD!!!

It's Sweet... It's Loving... It's Heartwarming... It's Pure Happiness!!!

Beside the mentioned of Sad Past, everything is just soooooooo damn good!!!

... more>> It's Fluffy and Tender. Cute and Melting. The Perfect Novel to relief your stress if you want to soaked and buried by Heavy Dog Food!!!

The summary sound like a non sense, though there's few point that does happen in the story. Anyway, ignore the summary.

It's Mutual Pampering. Mutual Caring. Mutual Loving. Both MC and ML equally give each other the best they can without other need to ask. They just Loving taking care of each other sooooo much! It's their Daily Life now thinking of each other in their every breathe and all. It's SUPER SWEET DAMMIT!!!

Gosh, I pray so hard the rest of the story is as Good as the 3/4 of translated part. Because I feel this Novel is WORTH IT!!!

Finished at 30 January 2024:

This Novel is TRULY PRECIOUS AND ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!

Sure the Faceslapping moment was classic, but the Sugar was ALWAYS EXCITING AND SWEET BUT SUPER ENJOYABLE AND ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS!!!

The Sugar was kind of Sweetness that won't make you sweet, but happily melt and covered in it!!! The author truly dedicated with the title and the story delivers!!!

Also this novel truly makes me want to read the prequel CP story (you know, Shanshan's story). I'm waiting for the translation to complete.

Anyway please please do read it because it's Sugar is sooo Nicely Done and if you read it when you were stressed, it would make you feel much better!!!

Don't ask me about my Eternal Love, it's Exist for this novel in any Universes and after life! <<less

    the MC parents both passing away I mean tbh the dad of the MC a bit uh like he just left the kid for the mom?? Cos she passed away?? Then what bout the MC?? Like the MC dad himself did mention that he was not a suitable dad WHICH I AGREE like the kid was only 16 going to be 17 and his mom just passed away then this dad dgaf then want to follow his mom?? And like he did?? Then the parents were suppose to adopt this other kid but nvr then end up tht dood took revenge on the MC when the parents passed away like wts?? The MC lyfe so difficult I just want to put him in my pocket.

THIS IS PURE SUGAR OMGGGGGG!!!!!!

Let talk about MC. His character is really realistic, albeit some might think he is a fool. I feel like his experiences and past shaped in into the kind and lovely person he is. I hope he will always shine.

As for ML, my heart ached so much for him. He suffered so much in his childhood, and I'm glad he found MC. He is the kind of Gong character I like; Possessive yet respectful, caring and loving, insightful, and protective. I wish him happiness and glory... more>> with MC until the end of the time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars (accidentally hit 4🥲)

The story is true to its name and it's basically a very fluffy and sweet story between the MC & ML who start off as co-stars and eventually become lovers.

Aside from the fluff (with very small hints of angst but that's just from the MC&ML's past), I like how direct the lead characters face their feelings. Although it took the MC a bit longer to realize he liked the ML, once he did realize those feelings, he had no hesitation in trying to woo... more>> him.

There is also some face-slapping here and there which I feel like is the cherry on top. Sometimes fluffy novels can become stagnant at some points because it feels like nothing exciting is really happening anymore. So these face-slapping moments add some more thrill to the story.

The MC does have 1 small misunderstanding about the ML which eventually gets explained. It's not a bad misunderstanding, but quite... interesting in a way. Basically, the MC thought

and it's quite funny how the MC brings this thought into his considerations when he's thinking about something related to the ML.

Lastly, I also really like this story because you can actually see why the MC&ML would fall in love with each other. The MC, despite being very bubbly and sometimes even silly, also has an insecure side. The ML, with his tragic past, feels very gloomy about life. However, the MC is like that "ray of sunshine" that came into his life, and in return, he is willing to be more accepting and caring towards the MC (which is also what the MC needs from someone). Although these troupes are not out of the ordinary, the way it was portrayed and written by the author made the novel an enjoyable read. <<less

The story is literally the title lol

Was a nice and sweet ride that I took my time reading. The type that's just pure romance. The type that can get you to tear up a bit, while smiling for the characters.

Loved the MC and ML.

this is a super sweet and sugary novel, another great one from this author. The MC is truly a gem and it's hilarious when he thought the ML was a demon lol. The MC really saved the ML from being trapped in his horrible childhood experience. The love they have for each is too too sweet!

4.3 don't get me wrong.. it is PURE SUGAR.. at first it sour sweet spicy lil story.. then.. everything turn into sugar... if u want sweet.. this definitely for u.. and pls don't forget to bring an insulin, for me this too much sweet, and need balance to make it proper love story, and I think.. other cp story might be more interesting.
