Despite having found Mingxi, the Zhao family continued to favor the fake daughter, saying that Mingxi was not as kind nor as graceful as Zhao Yuan.

This is a great novel. I would 100% recommend. Incredibly great family background and involvement, and character building. Although the realization of love for FL came kind of out of nowhere, I’ll let it off because the author did great in showing the ML gradually being “I don’t love her!” to “I love her, but she probably doesn’t like me.”

Also, I love how the author doesn’t show any negative things for the FL choosing to abandon her family after they put her through emotional neglect. Normally, you would see a... more>> little backlash like, “They brought her back from the countryside, but she can’t even be thankful.” Or “They paid for her schooling and clothes and whatnot, she should be thankful already. Why try to be the favorite?” But no, the author shows how it’s completely valid to let go of your blood family if they fail to be good to you whether physically or emotionally.

Also, the love is amazing. It’s extremely puppyish love that I live for. One of the best love story every. <<less

Wonderful ML. Rough on the surface, but caring in every way that counts. MC is overpowered, but I was in the mood for and OP lead, so that's fine. The way the story drove in the MC family's guilt was very satisfying also.

I did consider removing a star for the "blood relation is better than adopted" theme, which I am thoroughly sick of. But I'm pretty generous on my ratings, and to me a five star is a story I enjoyed enough that I will probably read again, and this... more>> qualifies <<less

This is so cute, I love the story so much... Thou I am not satisfied with the ending but I love it a lot, the ML is so cute and FL is not annoying, Not too much drama with undying c*ckroach side characters that will always fight the FL when facts is already slapped on their faces.

I've not finished this book but anyone who is considering it, please do read. The main lead, red Fu omg he's perfect. He's so cute and understanding and I love him so much like anything that happened, he never blamed the FL like he has a functioning brain and is not a narcissistic as*hole or anything. Like omg, the ML is one of my favourite ML ever, so deffo read the book for him if not anything else. The FL is also awesome, I'm amazed at how she hasn't cracked... more>> yet even though her family actually is changing and stuff. The storyline is also fine but it's a bit of dog blood drama really cuz both of the main characters' family life is just so sad, it makes you wanna cry for them like ACC it's so heart wrenching but they can overcome it together. This is the second time I am trying to read this book and I'm so glad I perceived through the first beginning chapters that just angered me so much cuz the families are so annoying and dense, I can't wait for the happily ever after because these two main leads deffo deserve it.

characters: 10/10

storyline: 8/10

writing style: 7/10 (some parts the author kinda drags but you just gotta skim read it lol)

I love everything about this story, characters, and the pace. Fu yangxin is the best chinese male lead so far. He is a tsundere, tough looking guy, silly, shy, sweet, what else? He is everything!! Not too much dog blood, and its very refreshing

If you ignored the bystander system, this novel was just an ordinary rebirth life of a highschool student.

Nothing spectacular, just focus on studying and school love life.

Even tho MC was already 23yo in her previous life, in this rebirth life she turned back into highschool girl, both physically and mentally.

the works of this author always leave you wanting more. I really liked the synopsis and the first chapters until in a certain part I feel sorry for the Zhao family, I understand that the family was and even until the end s*upid, but I always hoped that their relationship between the FL and his younger brother Zhao Yunning would be repaired., I think he was the only one who deserved a better ending with respect to his sibling relationship, the poor boy is the one who was most hurt... more>> by the separation of mingxing with the zhao family, also being that Zhao Yunning was the youngest and with whom FL was better off, of course Zhao Yunning had his temper tantrums but this was mostly due to the lack of education given to him by the family. In the end I did not understand what the author wanted to do with the Zhao family, because finally what they did in the first life was because the author wanted it that way, therefore they are not so guilty, but the author wanted to make them suffer Anyway, sometimes unnecessarily, the truth made me uncomfortable. Another thing that I did not like was the evolution of Zhao Yuan's character, she like Mingxing was innocent, but in the end due to luck and halo that were changing, they make Zhao Yunin see only as a villain, when you could get more out of it. Such a character. And what a mania of the author that only good things happen to FL and Ml, but as a reader, it becomes tedious and boring just reading from the portagonista, because at the end of the day you may like a secondary character and then the The author goes and gives it a closure that is like you think: why does he hate his characters? I say it by the way in which Shao liyue term, a character like that gave for more, for a separate story, one where he is the protagonist. I was also curious about Jiang Qiaxu (I don't remember his name but he was Fl's friend) I feel that he has a good story to tell, apart from joining him with He yang, and his family's story is also interesting together with your personality. I didn't think that i'd like this novel that much but I love the relationship between the MC and the ML. It's so wholesome and the ML isn't like most super rich tsundre ML's and it actually feels like that character of someone that is in high school.

The plot isn't super heavy and there are no misunderstandings (which I liked), so it's really nice for a light, fluffy read.

I understand how cruel for MC's family to treat her like that. And I also support her decision to stay away from toxic people. They did bad to her while thinking they do what the best. It's upseting.

From her actions, her family getting more understand and realise all the biased they all have been doing and how they such a disappointing family for her.

But what I really hope is, one day they will getting back together as family and love each other.

I do not hope she abandoned her family forever and I also hope the family will always try to rekindle back their relationship and be a Family to her.

I hope they will came one day she forgive her family after that 'yuan' go away from their life and get back as a family.

I really hope one day, after she've been through all she going to sit with her brother, Zhao Zhanhuai what actually happened. Why she have to go, why she can't stay with them because so-called female lead hallo things that give her bad luck. Zhao Zhanhuai probably believe her because from what I see until this time is that he is the most rational and compromise (when he want to) brother among the brothers.

I hope this server ties is not until our last chapter or else I really gonna feels upset.

I can't help but feel that this novel is wrongly rated. It was good at first, definitely 5 star. But the ratings just slowly got lower and lower the more I read

Seeing how indifferent and cold she was towards her family and shen liyao, I can't help but feel that she does actually hate them rather than just not wanting to do anything with them. And I think the author keeps dragging on their self pity and regret about Mingxi leaving, it just got repetitive and I actually feel that... more>> Mingxi went a bit too far... but it's her family, I don't have the right to judge.

If it was me, I couldn't bear to treat them so harshly, I probably would've seen them as strangers but would probably still say a few polite words or greetings when they greet me. Probably would've visited if I found out the mother got sick.

The ML's mom have bipolar, Mingxi gave her a few words and she immediately got better? Author, you're being ridiculous. <<less

I thought I will be disappointed with villain to slow wittedness but no. The villain are not really annoying since they acted accordingly to their environment (how they brought up). Like the book female protagonist, she's jealous and selfish but acts discreetly.

For the MC and ML, I love them both.

Downside for me: extra chapters. I wish to know about the future of Zhao family and what will happen to the system. Where thr system came from
