Just a sweet story between the two ML, and how one finally gets love, and the other understand and change because of love.

Very good take on a ML who is not like the usual, a genius who can easily figure out complex equations but is stunned while doing normal things we take for granted -- boiling kettle, crossing the road, walking into a ditch.

First of all, thank you for the amazing work by the author! There's a lot of similar theme but this work left a deep impression on me!

This is the cutest and most heart warming story I've ever read. Not a lot of drama, if at all. Relationships were developed beatuifully. ML is so cute I cried. They're perfect for each other

I just love the story. The pace is good, the translation is also on point but sometimes, the word Older Brother and Dude really confused me. Tho it doesn't greatly affect the whole story. I really cried after the end. It feels like I met them, and I know them personally. I really like how the author wrote their characters as a whole. Also, his friend is a goal, you can never find a friend like him ever again.

absolutely gorgeous story and couple. I love their personality and love story, and the supporting characters are wonderful too

i would give it a 5 stars, but im so extremely fed up with the "green tea b*tch" trope that I cant overlook it even though it was a very minor plot point.

and I love MC because he is levelheaded and kind, so I dont understand why he said "sometimes no means yes" to an autistic man a.k.a. The most notorious neurodivergent disorder for social cues. It served no purpose to the... more>> plot except to fill the wolf ML trope, and seemed a bit ooc. It was truly only used in the bed scenes, so you know it's a cheap insert.

other than that, i'd give a full 5 stars, the plot is wonderful, the cast is 3D and lovable, and the writing is well rounded. I really rec this <<less

Hmmm to be frank, I'm not sure what to comment because this type of novel is completely different from what I usually read. Yet it managed to capture my attention till 200 chapters so I applaud it for doing so. Thus, I think it deserves a review.

I'm a person who enjoys fluff, but enjoys plot more. Most of the novels I read are driven by plot, with a mix of romance and then just a lil fluff. So it's quite rare for me to read a novel like this, which... more>> is driven by fluff but still somehow maintains a plot. But wow, this novel was pleasant. I was squealing like some fan all the way through. It's perfect for fluff readers yet great for 'I've read too much angsty/complex plot sh*t and need a breather' people like me. It maintains a decent plot but the character development of ML is superb (4 stars only because of a personal fault in which I cannot read a story that starts focusing on the relationship progress but not plot--plot is still there lest I remind you, and it does develop nicely, but it lacks the action that I usually seek). So I recommend it as a nice quick fluff read that doesn't abandon plot but doesn't focus too heavily on it. It also has some good healing and moral lessons that make people feel hopeful about life, which was an aspect I enjoyed. <<less

There are a lot of fluffy BL novels out there. To be honest, this was on my plan to read for months but because the summary sounds too frivolous and because I have a general dislike for naive characters, I had left it untouched.

I regret that now.

This novel is sweet, heartwarming, and a truly fun read. The insane luck that the MC is gifted with, the sheer helplessness of the ML in daily life and all that it is, have their own impact and reasoning. If it weren't for the... more>> extras at the end, perhaps I would have thought of this novel as yet another cute BL and moved on... But it simply isn't.

Although unrealistic, this novel helps affirm some faith and promises to be a sweet read. <<less

This was really sweet. The ML is a genius with negative EQ and the MC is a koi. His luck is incredible. The grammar wasn't great but the plot makes up for it. The side characters don't have much depth to them but you'll fall in love with them anyway.

I like MC's personality, the rebirth theme.

But his luck is way too absurd. There's no logic and it seems forced

... more>> The meeting with his first actor friend is okay and the flow is natural. But the next meetings with other people of high status, the way other people suddenly fawns over him is just too much? Where's the logic in that?? It's rushed and way too absurd.

And the ML's autistic behavior, yeah he's a genius, he's cute, he's innocent, but with a mindset of a three year old??? How're they gonna be in a relationship? I can't imagine them being together. Don't be fooled by its one dimensional tittle. The story is GOOD! The MC (Yu Qinghuan) is such a kind yet lonely soul, the ML (Huo Qu) is a genius but has his own world.

The couple compliment each other. While MC become a light and color in ML life. ML give sense of security and home to MC. The love story is so sweet

Damn, this was such a beautiful and lovely story that warms the heart. A slice of life and just enough drama that ‘piques the interest’ plot, there are no overarching bs antagonists nor overly annoying female characters.

I would say its very much like “Rebirth of a Movie Star” and both have done well with the rebirth genre that they did not focus on revenge but focused on self-improvement and achieving unresolved ambitions.

But what sets THIS story apart is the great handling of a disability. As one... more>> who majors in psychology this portrayal of a disability is better than any of the ones I've read, its treated the way it should be and not a trope nor bu*t of the joke but rather something the character has to live with and deal with accordingly and that just ╰ (*´︶`*) ╯♡ *chef kiss* just beau

In summary,

1. Well-fleshed out lovely characters

2. Plot driven novel

3. Good portrayal of mental disability and the LGBTQ+ community. (In the sense that the gay character is not overly flamboyant nor any other stereotype and not the “i like him only, not gay” thing

4. Good handling of mental disorders, mental health institutions and work ethics

5. Beautiful love story and devoted couple, so much domestic fluff that I want to roll into a ball and die from envy *cries in single*

The reborn theme here, but by the 2digit chapters we'll see none of the reborn 'smell'.

MC character is still a ?? For me, whether he's smart, or lazy, ambitious or just the my pace of guy. In the 2nd life, he has all the graces god can give, in short MC is an OP character in a normal modern era. Thus for me, the story becomes pretty bland and predictable.

I just dont like how MC is alw lucky, to the point it's scary and over. I like the entertainment side from this novel, and how MC and ML build their relationship. But, I thought ML has down syndrome, or autis or something like that, but sometimes I do question is he really slow or just a condition that I dont understand or the author just made his condition along the plot necessarily as he saw fit.

Honestly this novel is such a good find. I used to just read xianxia novels and this is my first modern novel, so it was kind of different, but you absolutely won't regret it if you read.

Our ML and MC have such a healthy relationship, and you get to see the little white sheep get turned into our favorite little wolf hehe (it all started bc of the MC anyway lol)

This novel does have a realistic plotline and honestly, I wish real life could be like this...

Kudos to the author for writing such kind characters. The translation is a bit dodgy at the start but gets better quickly. So don't give up. The MC is the kindest, sweetest and down-to-earth movie star I have come across. His rebirth makes no difference to his character. The ML and MC are just so sweet together.

Having died saving someone and being reborn, the MC is still the same. There is no revenge, no face-slapping and no over-the-top descriptions of his beauty. MC just wants to find love and live... more>> a normal life this time which is the only regret he has. The reason for his rebirth and insane luck is also explained. This makes for a better read as everything is tied up. I thought the extras will have something on Everson and Fang something actor. But no luck.

ML is too child-like in the beginning. Its a bit unnerving to think of him as the ML. He gets better as the story progresses which is a relief. ML improves his EQ which also results in better relationship with his family.

Overall, a sweet and simple slice-of-life kind of a story. <<less

The novel is great; the MC is just your everyday nicest guy possible. The love story build up is very cute; their interactions especially ML jealousy is just too sweet. Read it if you are tired of revenge stories or stories where the ML is too much.

The translation is great; even though I have finished it in MTL will go back and read it again in Flying lines.
