So I am far from being an objective reviewer. I don't think this series deserves a five star review, but given the context, the current rating of some 3.8, and the rather dismal current readership, I have taken it upon myself to... perhaps encourage people to read this series and in doing so support the author as well as the translator.

The main character is, frankly, a bastard. Selfish, egotistical and yet perfect in his outward appearance, the MC cares only about his fellow classmates insofar as they may have an... more>> impact on his interests or are women with attractive bodies.

He is a selfish, lecherous and monopolizing lover who will not reciprocate in a relationship. He will proactively gaslight his female friends and diminish their self-esteem and their ability to interact with other people, so as to make them dependent on him.

The setting encourages this behavior. The MC, along with 26 other classmates, three of which are supposedly stunning beauties who he already has a connection with, are transported into a world where the fate of every person is decided by whether they possess "attributes" - a God-given inner source of power which molds every aspect of their self - and what these attributes are. The lucky few bestowed with this gift are hailed as nobility and rulers over the commonfolk no matter their origin, while even royalty without attributes will be excised from the royal family tree, rejected and scorned. Those with superior attributes rule over those with inferior ones, and the majority of the population, devoid of such power, are scum meant to worship and serve this caste system. And lo and behold, the transmigrators are all without exception attribute bearers, with the MC possessing the greatest attribute of all - "Heaven" - heretofore never witnessed in all of human history. And so he is worshipped, and attains success in all things with far less effort than others.

These attributes warp the personality of their bearers - those under the mark of "Life" will for instance find their capacities for kindness and affinity for plant life greatly increased, along with other features, while one marked by "Death" will grow nocturnal and taciturn. And as the wielder of these attributes emulate the source of their powers, so too do these powers grow in turn. And our MC, wielder of "Heaven", finds his propensity for domination strengthened - the will to conquer, to monopolize and take from others, that is the direction the world orients him in, a path he embraced even before he arrived in this new magical world.

Mary Sue is an appropriate monicker here, though with a villainous bent. Every wrong he does, he does with implicit support from the setting.

Fine work from the translator and editor - I've seen some mistakes, but overall at a higher standard than most web novels found on this website. The writer knows not to spend too much time on the details, and the plot moves fairly quickly. You need never worry about the protagonist suffering from some injustice or heh, just retribution - he is far too gifted and "smart" for that.

Overall if you're not looking for someone of good character, and want some masturbatory tale of supremacy to indulge in without having the author try to make you feel guilty, give it a try. Others too empathetic or seeking for a connection between characters.... be on your way, and I give you my blessings. <<less

The perspective switching often with no indication is annoying. So far not very good the MC is a typical type you know, the author self projection with a liberal splash of wishing. I suspect that the translation isn't getting the perspective nuances right. The MC makes you roll your eyes seriously the Korean mentality towards education is strange.
