I have a foster father…

Um, that’s not the important part. I just want to say, why doesn’t he understand the differences between boys and girls in this world? He insists a p*rnographic picture is actually a diagram of acupuncture points. And also…why did he raise me as a boy for 15 years?! It’s impressive that he can write prescriptions, but I studied poisons.

But, why is he a Fang Hua Beast…

The first part of the story is okay, having misunderstandings about each others actions. It was both funny and frustrating as reader.

The appearance of six (6) princes marked the next half of the story. The princes themselves are interesting in their own right. It is quite saddening that they didn't develop much in the story.

Basically, the next half is just unresolved misunderstandings... AGAIN.

It's a really beautiful novel and the translation was just really, really good. It start's out nice, fun, and even kinda cute, but then just goes into a tragedy. Prepare some tissues before hand.

I'm somewhat unsatisfied by the ending. I really wished that they left it on a more... happier note? But I also think that it suited the novel a lot.

Many tears were shed in the reading of this novel.

Half of the novel kind a boring. The story speed up at 30th chapter. Based on the tale of FangHua beast, the novel was full of mystery. Shao’er, the protagonist was a beggar whom adopted by FangHua, she called him Yifu. FangHua beast was a mythology creature, a beast whom had beautiful appearance like human. Solitary creature whom had proficiency in medicine, they can grow any plants and eat them as a food.

This story had BIG theme and that was MISUNDERSTANDING. Overall it was enjoyable, sadly the other book about... more>> them was not translated yet. <<less
