To be honest, it's a little cliché considering how they fell in love... (especially ML).

But it's still a good read if you prefer food descriptions (I honestly don't know how right they are), cute baby (at 2nd half of story), quick faceslapping (end of cannon fodders very fast, no villians) and two-sided love without any interruption (no white moonlight, no red cinnabar mole, no infatuated guy).

Cons of this story would be how fast they fall for eachother (unless you prefer this), food descriptions (that are confusing and take much space),... more>> MC is quite OP (I really feel it's too much, unless you prefer it) and mpreg (the kind where shou didn't know of this fact).

MC is OP in cooking. He's in need of love yet also fears loving someone due to his childhood experience. This leads him to simply treat ML as a paperman and later reciprocate due to receiving ML's love. MC is active in bed matters too.

ML is typical cold ML with an arrogant attribute and hard mouth at start. It takes him 2-3 chapters to fall in love (cause they did it?). He turns to petting mode later albeit very jealous and possessive (though MC prefers that trait).

MC and ML sometimes give off low IQ vibes.

I find 2nd couple much cuter. And little baby is very cute too. <<less

The original is very silent and depressed, whereas the MC has a 'YOLO' attitude and is rather shameless. Sometimes too shameless. The ML and MC's IQ and EQ drop pretty quickly after a few chapters which is a shame. The translator did a very good job. If you are into more comedic modern BL then give this a try.

Nice story if you are looking for MC - shou who is cute, childish and aggressive in terms of love and ML - cold CEO. The pregnancy almost cover the whole chapters. Lacking development progession between our main couple, it like Wow, they like each other immediately. In the middle part its kinda boring but still I read it due to our main couple flirting

Navigating from within the horde of 5 star reviews this one finds only one 3 star and thus this one clicks to read but my goodness this is not a cup of this one’s tea!

Honestly if you’re just looking at this work from the angle of a hilarious comedy and shenanigans of the main characters revolving around their fake marriage and how they fall super quickly and all bossy CEO stereotypes with ridiculously buffed MC and equally buffed ML - this is really written very well!

But, I’ve read better bossy... more>> CEO’s and ridiculous main characters so yeah..... ! Read for fun won’t reread ! <<less

Maybe because they got into relationship too quickly, if lost interest in the rest of the novel.

Remaining story mostly focused on daily life of the couple and 2nd couple. It was really hard to read any further than this, so I just skipped to the last part to the wedding of 2nd couple.

There were also the back story of the novel which was hard for me to ignore. It just... more>> left the bad taste. How the author describe the book couple it made me feel like the MC did not do any big changes. It would be better to know that it was not a book instead... <<less

Minus one star because the cooking parts are long-winded and it's personally uninteresting. I mostly just skip that part.

MC and ML are lovey dovey muah muah muah !! Don't expect drama because this is a fluffy novel :)

Full of romance and a little humour here and there!!

Won't rate, not sure I'll finish it. It's cute and fluffy, no drama. The focus is on the MC and ML's relationship. I just started getting bored, I've caught up with all the translated chapters and think I will drop it here.

MC is great mostly. I love his initiative and shamelessness, but his deep dependence and acting like a baby in later chapters started to annoy me.

ML is fine. I like his reactions to the MC's shamelessness. He is a cold CEO type but seems more human with MC

Their relationship... more>> starts with lust... lots of lust but no nsfw chapters. Then BAM ML loves MC. Could have shown a bit more of the relationship development, but I'm used to it in Chinese novels.

I didn't get to the baby being born yet, he isn't even showing yet. The 2nd couple doesn't have much screentime yet so can't comment. The TV show part was okay, but started to get boring.

All in all a fluffy junk food read. I guess I'm just in the mood for something with more substance at the moment.

I usually make it a rule not to start something that hasn't been completely translated. But I was really craving some good ol' sweet fluffy MPreg. The cooking was just a big bonus.

This satisfied an itch I couldn't scratch for some time. I love that the misunderstanding about their arranged marriage wasn't dragged out and they get together quite soon.

Love the MC and his idgaf attitude in the beginning lol while I do enjoy some really well thought out transmigration stories, sometimes you just need to turn off your brain... more>> and enjoy the ride.

Also, while not being explicitly written, I love how s*x positive the main couple is, and how much fun they have with one another.

This is honestly some light fluffy comedy. Can't wait to see it finished.

Edit 1/2/24: remained sweet, light, and fluffy until the end. Not for those looking for something super deep and incredibly meaningful. This is for those wanting a quick, campy and lighthearted easy ride. <<less

It's a nice read. I like how the romance quickly came and that it didn't drag out.

I'm just a bit questioning about the pregnancy, since it doesn't have an ABO or similar settings.

I also like the side couple, they're so unexpected! I wish they gave a chapter detailing their first meeting.

I am planning to finish this story! It’s so cute. If you want something full of dog food and simply adorable, I recommend this story. It’s a bit silly and has some cliches but it is worth the read if you’re in the mood to feel good. I enjoy how MC and ML are into communication with each other and aren’t letting misunderstandings go for a long time. I am having a very leisurely time reading this.

I love knoxt's topnotched translations. They're awesome.

Moving on... This is a sweet story about our MC and ML who got into a contract marriage but eventually fell in love and sprinkled dog food everywhere.

MC was a sickly person in his first life and transmigrated into a healthy body. He also finds himself married to a hot guy and he's like "I'll have fun and sleep with him and then divorce when time's up!" He's a cheerful guy who loves to be pampered and acts very coquettish.

ML on the other... more>> hand disliked MC at first due to the contract marriage but eventually becomes a super doting husband who pampers the MC ALOT.

This story is all fluff and romance with no drama. There is some entertainment industry parts and also a cooking show section.

It is also mpreg but it doesn't add much to the story.

A chill read.

I was in for the MPREG, glued by the Early Passionate Intimacy between our CP, and keep living of MC's Shamelessness.

But also didn't expect that this Novel was more or less a Cooking Novel too... Welp now I'm hungry.

There's Villains, but nothing too Evil so far. Nor making big scene.

MC and ML has good Friends and good (important) Family members.

The Shameless MC really Fun to read!

Love how ML keep being teased by MC and was hot by it but he chose to endure because the Pregnancy state and even after the birth. He's SOOOOO SWEET and Soooooooooooooo Caring.

The CP was Truly Sugar that Melt right in the mouth. Sweet and Comfy.

Sure I won't call it a Perfect Novel, but I don't think or remember if it has any disappointing or sad moment.

I felt like the story could’ve done well without the mpreg. It was kinda odd in the story especially with the ordinary modern world. But the dynamics between the characters were cute. I think they forgot about the sister in the ending though.

Overall the storyline is pretty nice and the romance develops well, it was enjoyable.

Typical love after marriage and mpreg novel. It's very lighthearted. Mostly slice of life stuff. The dynamic between MC and ML is the life of this novel, if it wasn't for their dynamic I wouldn't finish reading this until the end. They're so fun to read.

MC is a mary sue, ML is an overbearing president, just the usual stuff. MC is VERY clingy and coquettish. I warn you, if you don't like this type of MC you shouldn't read this one, since I myself got annoyed a few times because... more>> how clingy he is. But I still enjoyed it nonetheless. They fall in love quite easily. They quarrel a lot, the MC is the kind of person who keeps asking for a divorce everytime they fight it's kind of funny.

I didn't expect there would be a lot of cooking in this one. Even cooking competition. There's a lot of plot holes, forgotten characters, etc. But this kind of novel is just the kind where you don't think too deep about it to enjoy it, you know? The villains are not worth mentioning, they barely did anything, just small fries villains. Also the MC is a mary sue so there's barely any inconvenience at all in the plot. The only complaint from me is

the pregnant period is too long! What the hell, I waited so long for the bun bun to be born but there's no childcare plot at all, it's frustrating honestly.

A nice ready to start the year. The shameless MC is so fun to read and the lack of drama is also a refreshing one.

Why it’s not 5 star is because the description of the cooking takes so many chapters and some point the story became flat to me. I had to switch reading to finish it.

This was amazing!

It's a great slice of life, easy going, hardly any drama or messy emotions. Just a great feel good novel!

The MC is so lovely and very likeable. He doesn't get involved too much in the family drama, other the first few episodes. You kinda forget this was a transmigration novel toward the end because the novel on focuses on his life with his husband, his work and growing family.

... more>> Even when he has trouble with his uncle and their family, its over and done. They don't interact anymore.

The relationship between MC and ML is wholesome and a fresh of breath air. They are very much in love with each other, even if the start was a little rocky. It helps that MC is both shameless and easy to get along so ML can't help but develop feelings.

There intimacy is lovely too. You see this rarely in Chinese novels. I don't know if this is due to censorship or because of the culture, but couples tend to be reticent about engaging in anything other than kissing. Or at least they don't appear to want it. I don't know if that is because of the type of novels I read, now that I think about it.

The MC knows what he wants from his husband. He goes out of his way to seduce him and just have fun having s*x with him. Of course, nothing is explicit. It always fades to black but the implication is there.

The ML is also entertaining. After he starts to fall in love with the MC, he feels like a different person. More relax, I guess. He doesn't do things over the top and just tries to support MC in any way he can. I like that.

The translation for this was excellent. Top quality and I thank the translator for that. It made reading this story a pleasure.

I like this one. It's so sweet it made my blood sugar rise, or isn't it?!

Anyway, you have MC (shou) with carefree attitude becoz he always had a fragile body, and finally transmigrated to a healthy body but might not life long (due to the original's fate) so he thought lets just enjoy ourself like it's your last days. And so his unintentional character unknowingly attracted the indifferent ML. Oh, the proverbs, "the way to a man's heart is through their stomach" Is applicated well enough in this story, so... more>> go figure..

If you're waiting for bun's story, you might not got well fed here, it's only the last few chapters from 100 chs. He's cute, but not enough story except for the extra ch. The whole story was dominated with MC being pregnant, and sugar being thrown by both MC and ML.

Side CP is rather silly, not enough story but not bad to have. The appearance of MC's friends are vague, and only side CP shows up throughout the whole story. <<less
