What is it that makes a man fall in love with a woman at first sight? Appearance? Aura? Wealth? No, when campus prince and gaming expert, student Xiao Nai first saw Bei Wei Wei, what made him fall in love was not her extraordinary beauty; but her slim and slender fingers that were flying across the keyboard and her calm and composed manner! Embarrassing, no?

At the same time, gaming expert Bei Wei Wei was on the computer methodically commanding a guild war and won a perfect and glorious victory despite being at a disadvantage; completely unaware of the fact that cupid is nearby.

Soon after basketball player; swimmer; all-around excellent student; and game company president, Xiao Nai, uses tactics both on- and offline to capture this beauty’s heart. Therefore this romance slowly bloomed.

Love the male lead. The female lead was good, but the male lead was GOD. I want me some of him. Hahaha

This story is really great, cute, sweet, funny, and very addicting. Although it is quite short, it is still very enjoyable, with the occasional pov change, although very little is still quite refreshing to read.

Definitely on one of my top list of romance reading. The only downside for me is that the other character needs just a little more development and something like the side character's time to shine (lol) just a little.

This is a novel written by the popular female author Gu Man and targeted at female readers, with the female character as the main focus. The overall feel is akin to that of a shoujo manga. Don't let the MMO aspect fool you, it merely serves as a vehicle for characters to interact so that the actual real meeting would be a big "reveal".

This is light-hearted, fangirly stuff wherein the male love interest is a financially independent, genius school idol who also excels in sports, while the main character is... more>> a beautiful gamer girl shut-in. Not an epic romance, but something out of a teen flick. Still, it's an enjoyable, light read. If you can enjoy shoujo manga (and I can tolerate them despite being a grizzled man), you might find this an interesting afternoon reading (the chapters are not very long). Don't let the BL (boys love) side-stories in the chapter listings turn you off, it's a very humorous slant regarding two side characters, or in manga terminology: omake extras.

There is a faithful and complete 2016 Chinese drama adaptation (30 episodes x 45 minutes) that stars two popular actors, Zheng Shuang and Yang Yang. It has been fully subbed. <<less

4/5 Interesting, though there’s too much sugar in the middle thus I can’t give perfect score.

Personally I prefer lil’bliss translations over the dream of jianghu, mainly because remembering chinese character names (especially their game name) is a pain...
