In the most popular 3D keyboard online game “Tomorrow”, an ordinary player, Zhang Zhiyin had a less common hobby–that is to visit Dr. Y, the ultimate boss – giving him gifts and hugs.

As a game-produced NPC, the other side had, naturally, no response, but Zhang Zhiyin still insisted on visiting him rain or shine for 363 days. Until, one day, he decided to give up the game as a result of being hit by a car.

Since then, he had been dreaming every night in which he would cross into the realistic world of “Tomorrow” and return to the magical journey of normal life during the day.

“From the moment he had fallen in love with this person, he had chosen insanity.”

I give it 4.5 stars. Though it didn't leave an impression in my heart, it's a good read for me. Maybe because I'm reading another novel at the same time, or cause I'm always sleepy when I'm reading it that I read it all the way with a straight face. Anyway, our protagonists are good. I got the feeling that the author used his own personality for the protagonist cause sometimes I just don't get why MC is acting like that in the perspective of the reader but when I... more>> put myself in the shoes of the protagonist it's like: "Oh... okay..." But mostly I can logically understand why is he acting like that. For the ML it is understandable his actions and thoughts cause he is an

AI

The side characters are not that molded, but the most frequently said people have their backgrounds, mostly their thoughts that the author expresses is their thought about MC/ML. This is understandable because this story is more focused on our dear couple and the game. And this novel is a short one, so there's no space to tell each of one's aspirations in fighting a zombie since changing the apocalypse back to normal is not the main goal/plot/problem. And the villains are quickly finished off at the time they go confront our protagonists. So carefully weaving side characters are senseless, cause if the author had done that there is no deep perception of victory. So in terms of that, it's okay.

If you have a problem with how easy they deal with the antagonists, well remember, from the synopsis it showed that the main focus is their romance, and also the game.

What I really like is how things lead to the situation in the game. The timeline of the game where the MC went is 10 days after the apocalypse, well it's kinda hard to understand via a few words the timeline of the real game world and the game. Anyway, I like how things turn out to be in the game.

That's all... I think. And It's a good read, I want to see how their relationship ongoing after the end of the novel. <<less

Very unique and fluffy story. It's not your typical post apocalyptic story w/ angst, blood and drama.

The story focuses more on the ML and MC cultivating and nurturing their feelings for each other. Also, this is the first one that I've a zombie driven world that runs like an rpg having dungeons, potions and system store w/c is quite funny. 😄 Plot twist is also unexpected and the idea of having no tragic death w/ MC makes it a light hearted to read.

Translation is alos great, being able to properly convey... more>> the characters really well.

This one of those novels that is a must read for those seeking a bit of gore, rpg and light hearted feeling all in one. 😁 <<less

Good novel!

Only thing wrong is that the ending is too abrupt.I find it unsatisfying but I really enjoyed the novel and loved it!

I just wish they extended the novel because it ended when they won against the enemies and like most novels are like this but!!! still...

I want more....

I rarely read shounen-ai novels and more of yaoi BL one's but this one is really good.

Hmm it was an interesting and somewhat unique take on things although there were a few stray holes that could've used wrapping up, therefore it was a bit like rushing and felt somewhat incomplete. Star deducted for some holes that were left unsolved.

It was fluffy, tho it was a bit difficult for me to conclude who was shou or gong in the relationship.

There was the character development that was gradual changing MC and made it interesting to see for the most part...

One thing irked me a bit, idk if its... more>> the translation or the author but I think whenever the item mall malfunctions when MC tries to access it sometimes, it makes more sense to say "not found" rather than "found"... because if the item mall page is not loading it cannot be found right? So a star deduction for that. <<less

Okay 4.3 or something. The novel is fun to read although I did a lot of skimming. One thing I did not like about the novel is that the ending is rushed and to be honest, unacceptable. After the ML rebooted himself, he just instantly regret the things he did and quickly get together again with the MC. The ending could have been better but really, the part where the ML no longer cares for the MC because of his nature was really intense and I would have liked him... more>> breaking out of character for once and begging for the MC for forguforgiv and not just turning into a cat. <<less

One of my favourite 'transmigration into a gaming world' BL. Just like any other BL of the genre, 90% of the novel is about gaming instances so don't read if you don't like the genre... kinda s*upid if you complain about it later!

It's a well written novel, with great world-building, coherent characters, consistent plot with some interesting mystery about ML's character, lots of fluff from cute kittens, lots of cute and funny little moments and dialogue.

Spoiler

I really like the ML's character who is an AI trying to become more human, a common theme for SF but I think the theme here is better developped than many SF movies I watched. I especially loved all ML's POV and his somewhat child-like interpretation of human emotions

It's cute, fluffy, and set in an apocalyptic setting... what more do you want?

Ok but let's be real here, this has your pretty average MC who loves villains. He basically starts a new popular game and gifts chocolates and flowers to the villain of the game for almost a year before getting hit by a car and ending up transferring into the game. The difference between other transmigrations and this one is that he isn't permanently stuck in the game world and can switch between the real world and the... more>> game world. The ML is a soft yandere and super cute with our MC. Also if you are a cat lover, this will be something for you.

BUT...... it gets boring after some time.

Basically, there is no build up for the love between MC and ML, it's already established. The parts with the apocalypse don't seem as scary because it's a game and MC can't die. And the side characters are so interchangeable that I have zero idea of who is who because they are all forgettable.

I stepped away from this story to see if I would want to finish it, but after coming back to it, I just felt like there was no point in reading this anymore. Overall, it's cute and adorable, but it's not a thought inducing read. <<less

I must admit, I did scan through some parts of this story. My fave parts were the interactions between the ML, MC and the cat. I would have loved more of their scenes.

The world building is descriptive and full. However, because I only have a passing interest in the game play aspect of the novel, this did lower my rating. If you enjoy the planning and story themes about the game world and how things progress, you will enjoy that part more than I did. For me, it just felt... more>> like it dragged a bit because of it all.

I felt the ending was super rushed. Or if there was a couple of extra bonus chapters to round things out more? It just felt a little abrupt.

The relationship development has a nice pace and doesn't feel awkward.

I will probably read this again, but will also be skipping over chunks of the story.

That is nothing against the book. Some of the game stuff was interesting to read. I just kinda spaced out after a while. The relationship is fun and I also wish a few more scenes were given to the villain side kicks. There was some missed potential with their characters. <<less

If you like fluff story this is for you.

The first few chapters are interesting, not what I expected. I thought that the MC will remain in the transmigrated world and survive there but that is not the case. He can jump between the two worlds as long as he sleeps.

What I also like about the MC is that he doesn't just depend on the ML. He can stand on his own two feet.

The ML is so cute, he just loves the MC too much. He is also very kind and... more>> overbearing. He is so intelligent but in the face of the MC, he becomes a spoiled brat. The ML is also very possessive but not the r*pey type. Just pinning the MC to wall or door and kissing him. That's that.

Though I had thoughts to stop reading the story, I'm glad I continued it. It was one of the satisfying BL stories I read. The story was good, it's just that I was kind of bored reading the strategies whatsoever (or maybe I'm just too dumb to understand it) anyway, the story is kind of predictable but still good. Towards the end of the story, it felt like it was rushed, that's also the reason I can't give it five stars.

This story doesn't have much kiss scenes, it doesn't even have a s*x scene. Nevertheless, the interaction between the MC and ML are just too cute. <<less

The novel is very fluffy. Both, MC and ML, are so cute when they dance around each other not knowing how to express their feelings when they come face to face with each other. From what I have read so far, the plot itself is very promising and I hope that there will be explanations of some of the things (the zombies, the apocalypse) what has happened.

I can't say much about the side characters / cannon folders since they have very little screen time but I do hope that we will get to know them better (both inside and outside the game world of "Tomorrow").
EDIT: I have read the novel. This is so freaking good. 9/10

The story is, as expected, very cute. However, I personally found it a little choppy, especially in the beginning when it was setting up the premise. Also, that it consumes real money makes me, a poor student, sad to think about lol.

The relationship between MC and ML is also kinda strange. From the start, they're both in love with each other, but there's a whole period where MC doesn't realize and ML also holds himself back. My issue is how did MC fall in love, isn't it pretty superficial??? That... more>> said, the development of the MC and ML is pretty cute, and I love this close-but-not-close feeling a lot.

As mentioned, the story feels a little choppy, and the plot has quite a few holes. However, I think the author is crafting the overarching storyline that connects the virtual world and the "actual" world, which seems promising. I also really like the zombie and nuclei setup haha.

Writing and translation have no problems, thanks to the translator for their hard work!!! Daily update is the best. <<less
