BULTAR!!!
- the MC is way too judgemental. He wants to play the game like its a reality, but he forgets that people play it to enjoy or make some money. Later on it may turn out to be a separate real world or some simulation but currently its just a VR game.
- the MC seems to be knowledgeable about everything. He was a good/ top soldier but that doesn't mean he is an expert in every field. Eg there was a scene in which someone was trying to sell vegetables (and the person claimed to have training specially for the vr game). The person fails miserably but MC succeeds. He throws out love tips like hes some controller of a harem.
- the successor of the company that made the game conveniently has a HUGE crush on the MC cuz he saved her.
- the BIGGEST issue is that there is no sense of a constant and defined power level. This game is considered to be the sh*t and even then after joining for just 1-2 months he's able to beat ass. The level of his opponents is never mentioned. He easily defeats players that were 'famous in the region'.
- the complicated plots seem childish and the mindset of characters can be defined by a traditional 'Chuunibyou'.
it would still be fine if it was a funny novel like LMS (would still not reach that level) but it tries to a serious and kinda dark novel and it fails miserably. Everything is painted as black or white. A disappointing novel.
