@Laoninag00 I agree! I actively avoid stuff that are tagged with r*pe victim becomes lover. I like fluffy works but sometimes it’s too much. I also hate it when they make a character (the shou mostly) seem so..childish and innocent and small.

That’s why I always exclude cute protagonist’s tag when I search for novels and most of those kind of novels disappear.

But there are some novels I read that’s the though the protagonist is kind of weak and small but not annoying like “the sidekick prince” if you haven’t read it, try it. It has moderate angst with good plot and the male lead is charming.

Korean bl novels go into categories either smut/angst novels or the heavy plot/angst type and the later is the minority of the Existing novels.
