the reason this is centered around fls is bc child s*xual abuse done by women is often ignored and unreported. these women are disgusting and victims are often not believed ("you liked it because all guys want s*x"/"women can't commit s*xual assault or r*pe") with their assaulters not facing any consequences. these novels perpetuate the idea that all women are "sweet" and can do no harm. they deserve to be called out.

Finally... after all these years, I've found someone else who also hates this disturbing 'raise a kid just to marry him/her in the future' trope
I hate how common it is, especially in CN novels for some reason (or maybe it's just that I read more CN novels?), and grooming is treated like peak romance by some people who definitely haven't touched grass in decades. I remember writing a review where I called out the fl for grooming the ml in several lifetimes, picking him up as an orphan child and even as a newborn, nibbling on his ear when he was f*cking 7 years old, and I still get angry dms on here from the diehard stans of that popular novel for daring to speak a word against their 'comfort read'. Yikes.
I really wish this was taken more seriously, even 'separating fiction from reality' has its limit, fiction is written by real people with real beliefs that affect the real world and I doubt someone who's fantasising about literal children is sane in the slightest. Portraying it as something normal and even romantic isn't helping the real victims of grooming and abuse.

I'm ashamed to admit this but I've read 8, was a fan 3 and 1 is on my reading list. Most of them I read cause the manhwa (manga) was pretty. I had just started reading webnovels and liked what everyone liked. NU needs and update to change the rating. I'm an evolving human, like let me erase my mistakes.
