I enjoyed the novel overall and didn't need a break in-between which I usually do with novels that have more than 40 chapters. My guess is that the reason for my lack of need for a break is because the plot is pretty fast moving, too fast in some aspects even. The romantic development was like being strapped on a rocket headed towards a parallel universe, exaggeratedly fast and ridiculously unrealistic. Leaving aside how fast the main CP fell for each other and progressed each time, the side characters just... more>> accepted them suddenly being in love like "Yep, they in love now. No questions asked." Like dude, if a friend of mine was like "That's my wife now" to a guy they met for the first time, eating and sleeping with them and acting all lovey-dovey without probable cause, I would question their sanity and recommend therapy.

Besides that, I don't know how accurate bipolar disorder is depicted here since I have no personal experience with it nor have I done any in-depth research. The only thing I know is that the author likes to throw that term around a lot.

Like that one time when the MC produced a dark themed movie and the reviews said that people who are depressed or bipolar should probably not watch it since it could be triggering. A bit too specific, don't you think?

Nevertheless, since I did enjoy the read and it even managed to squeeze a few tears out of me I will still give four stars. <<less

WOW. Not even MTL can make me lose engagement on this one. I sacrificed my brain cells just so I can find out what happens next!

This is quite a unique novel where there's a bi-polar MC, harbours villainous thoughts and tendencies, I LOVE IT. He really takes on the role, can get cutthroat, unlike in other novels where the supposed-villain MC isn't actually that much of a villain.

One thing that still irked me a bit is the speedy development of MC's and ML's romance.. Starting from the first arc -... more>> I was like ??? When they got together, and got married in like the next month. I get that the ML had a subconscious feeling that he met the MC before but isn't it a bit tooooo quick to fall in love to that extent? Subsequent arcs, I get because they recognise one another as past lovers. But the first arc was the weirdest because the relationship hasn't been established yet.

Honestly I feel like I could do without the romance BUT I do like the ML for being very supportive, trusting and understanding. Green flags all around. When MC is at his lowest, ML makes sure he's there for MC to fall back on. He never gets in MC's way nor did he try to be overbearing/make decisions on his behalf. ML would be like 'you need help?', MC goes 'nah trust me bro', and ML just says 'ok'. Respectful, we like that.

Second arc was great, but I still have this vibe that the attitude of ML's brother was changed halfway to ignite more drama. Otherwise it wouldn't have been as exciting.

Third arc was alright.. But after that, I kinda got tired of the repetition. Transmigrate > Find ML > Romance and forget about the mission for a bit > Faceslap/Revenge > Repeat. Sad to drop this but it's hard to top the second arc when it was such a banger, like literally. <<less

The MC meets the ML straight away and the face-slapping begins. There's no build up or satisfaction and the ML takes care of everything for the MC.

The arc also has no concrete plot and the villains are brainless and 2D.

It feels like a bad imitation of QWFOD.

I was honestly very confused but I enjoyed it I guess. Not the best I've read but readable. Pulled through it. The ending is sh*t though. I mtl'd as well so either the translation wasn't clear or the author didn't make this clear but I have no idea what relevance ... more>>

his eyes has to the plot. I get that he's suppose to half ghost or some sh*t and his eyes are actually his mom's but why? Like, why the f*ck did his dad do that? To gouge out his eyes (technically mom's) once they open? I guess that makes sense but I don't understand why it's powerful/wanted. You can sum it up to power is cool and that but where's the context? I think the last arc needed more to it for us to actually get the whole thing. It was rushed and totally needed at least another 10 chapters.

Romance is fine, the couple is very devoted to eachother and it's cute ig. This type of love is kind of too perfect though in my opinion and I feel it was too much of a, "rainbow, sparkles and magically ponies" type or love. Still, I did think it was cute but for this story I was less into the romance I think and more for the plot.

I came here to read a story about a ruthless protagonist who doesn't take no sh*t from anyone and it fulfilled it ig. It's less ruthless and more, "I have the ability to kill you and I will do it" which satisfies the feels for that need but does fulfill it if you catch mf drift. Overall, decent story. Would never read again even if it was properly fully translated. Recommended if you're extremely bored and just looking for something. This story isn't awful, nor good, just an okay. 50%, 3/5, meh, alrighty, barely passing type work. Wasn't really my thing. <<less

Another one that wasn't translated completely that I wish could get picked up again.

I appreciate the unique concept of the QT here. Love the MC and ML. Just had to finish the 1st arc with MTL 😭 tho the MTL is semi-readable, I really really hope this gets picked up for translations again

Its pretty good

The ending was kinda rushed but I did MTl
However I could tell the ending was just a last ditch effort to end the novel

Its HE But it's a good read with a fair amount of angst/drama

Face slapping especially in the Idol Arc was satifying

The main couple were suitable in my opinion even though tbh there wasn't much research put into NY condition

The Hong is another big wolf dog

Black bellied but sticky and loyal
It's a fairly fast paced read but
I definitely reccomend this novel though

Maybe would read again

Desperate MC.

ML not medling too much with MC's missions wich is good, I like it.

Almost every side characters here are so vivid.

The dogblood is in just enough portion.

The revenges are sweet!!!

And the dogfood is scattered here and there just enough to burry you alive!!!

can’t stop MTLing once started. The MC is like a broken bowl with water almost spilling in every arcs with ML holding it stable to keep it from being spilt. The emotion burst scenes were good. The last ‘protagonist’ was cute, I like him~

apparently the ML was the mature version of broken MC, he has way more experience in being a lunatic, but since he’s matured, he can stay calm
