Honestly at first story quite good, but author prolonged in one world too much and story direction became mess.

Especially gambling thing is too long, there no need to delay it for several chapter. Story pacing became mess, male lead already almost down yet other character join it to make it more complicated.

I am enduring reading this hoping that this turned better, but it's became worse each chapter.

For people who want read good story, I don't recommend this. Only for people who just want pass time or read casually.

I guess I'll leave a review since I've been following this story although I haven't quite caught up yet. The pace of the translations has been outstanding. I really wish more novels were translated at this speed.

Anyway first off I tried to search the original novel name to try to read ahead and see how the story develops before I invest myself in it and I think there might be an error in the name because the actual raw novel is completely different from the one we're getting here. The... more>> tags also mention multiple worlds but so far after over a third of the novel it has been the same world.

In this world our MC, Qin Zhao, is trying to stop the FL from destroying it and herself after being betrayed by the ML. She figures the only way to do this is to get close to the FL, and through a series of "coincidences" she gets the FL and ML to break up. The one gripe I have is how quickly the FL agrees to be her girlfriend. The FL is a 28 year-old business woman btw who is naive enough to be fooled into thinking she took advantage of the MC in order to propose a relationship as a means of taking responsibility. It just seems so out of character to me. I do like their chemistry together but it all seems so rushed and under developed.

Another thing, there is a system that the MC uses to track the movements and whereabouts of all the characters in this world. It's super OP. There is some mention that the MC came from a wuxia setting and knows martial arts as well so she can beat up basically anyone. She's also super omnipotent and a great gambler, which leads us to my next criticism.

The plot leads to a casino which I thought would take up 2 or 3 chapters at most. Wrong! I've taken a peek at the latest translated chapter and it's been over 10 chapters so far with the casino arc and it appears to have no conclusion yet. I'm surmising that the great showdown between the MC and the villains of this world is her trying to get them to gamble all of their fortune away. It's all very anticlimactic so far since I really hate gambling. I'll be keeping up with the story from time to time but this isn't really anything new or exciting in terms of plot or characters.

Tl;dr super OP MC in a world with laughable villains. Relationship with FL is too sudden with lack of development and the main conflict seems too contrived in order to lengthen the story. <<less

Translations is quite good. The story is about MC getting close to FL so that she doesnt enter abusive, ridiculous love-hatr relationship with the ML. MC is kinda psychopath. First arc was kinda disturbing, but she was doing things out of love to FL so I let it go. In the second arc she went nuts and even delibaretly harmed FL (whom she was already developing feeling for at that time). Also MC is invincible muscle-head. She got some wits but most of the time she just beats opponents and... more>> to hell with consequences - no one will win with fists against her anyway. Tbh it may be my fault for reading a story with abusive characters tag and now I'm complaining that I got exactly that lol. It's just that in order for the small world not to collapse the MC needs for FL and ML not to develop feelings and not enter hate-love abusive relationship, but it's just that I don't think MC is any better than ML and it really turned me off. I really couldnt read further and finished reading here. <<less

I personally don't agree with the other reviews, specifically about the whole "the MC is just as bad as the ogML!" The MC and the FL certainly have a.......... tumultuous relationship. It's very torrid, violent at times, but overall they're pretty evenly matched

Like, it's not even that the ending is short, it's that somehow all three of the FLs are in the real world???? How the heck is that going to go?????? Especially when all three of them are possessive, and when the MC did sincerely love each of them. This is why other QT novels have the FL be the same soul every time

I will say that the ending is unique, like I genuinely did not see it coming. So if you want a slow quick transmigration with a slightly sadomasochistic romance, then I'd give this novel a shot

Just finished the first world arc. The MC is not really likeable for my taste. Her personality is just the same as the evil male lead, but female with overwhelming transmigator ability.

Doesnt really give off the vibe that FL learnt her lesson to not be controlled by anyone. Its more on love-hate relationship that came outta nowhere and the proud MC humiliating the FL, to the degree of exhibitionism just because she refused to be with the MC for the MC safety (which the MC know), so it was kinda... more>> off putting.

Also I agree their relationship was quite rushed. Even the casino arc was more detailed than their dating arc that I was confused why and how the calculating MC, who obviously was playing with FL, fell in love with FL

to the point of resentment? And the FL somehow loved her for that even though the MC coveted her wealth, publicly shamed her and have the tendency to betray others but kill off those who betrayed her once?? Where the plot of having the FL decide her own fate go?

It goes from love-rival>friend>dating (which they still dont have any feeling for each other) >sudden breakup after their one night stand so MC was furious >business rival (the love-hate arc) >lovers happily ever after. Idk man, the author either just want to write a very arrogant feminist omnipotent FL or just write conflicts in different settings as an excuse for hate-s*x.

The story is actually good imo, though there's only 3 world arc's and each chapter's length is normal unlike other CN novel where one chapter is like worth 3 chapters when cut in between. In each interaction of MC and FL is good. MC is kind of Mary Sue.

I actually got absorb in the story and finished it without noticing it, the ending in the 3rd and IRL kind of lacking for me. Especially the IRL its only 1 chapter and its short af, probably worth half chapter where as... more>> the other QT:GL's I read has some good chunk of chapters for IRL arc ending. <<less
