I'm giving this novel 5 stars just for how innovative and fresh the idea of combining a road trip and a survival game together.

I also like that the MC isn't a white knight/pe*vert/ladies obsessed dude like most MCs in other novels nor is he a complete monster in personality. He acts like a human. With all the good and bad that entails. MC is smart, pragmatic, emotionally and physically tough. He's also selfish, greedy, ruthless and very clear to himself even from the beginning that his first priority in this... more>> death game is himself (taking care of himself and going home).

He would help people if it doesn't cost him much or doesn't endanger him especially if it benefits him in an indirect way but he's not the type to care much about strangers. Especially since the game actively encourages PvP among players, at the moment he only trusts his car's AI and pet fox, while he has only a financial exchange relationship with the players. Sure, there is a difference in the level of friendliness and priority he gives them but there is basically no trust of a true friend.

MC is OP but that's not really a bad thing in my opinion in this novel as the game is quite brutal and there were already a lot of misery vividly portrayed among the players and some were driven crazy/psychotic due to it. I don't like to see an MC who has too much angst or drama on his life so its good that the author didn't focus on that. I also like his rare type of personality as I seldom see it in other novels.

Plus, although the MC is OP compared to others even the big bosses, the big bosses are still very powerful and rich themselves. MC had to take creative measures in order to get rid of some of them (in 2nd world). He also had more materials than any other individual players not only due to his system but also because he was smart on how to use his gained materials to make a steady and long term profit. Hahaha this is quite an interesting novel

I don't really care about others, I only want MC to live well so... I really like MC's OPness in this novel

Still pretty early into the stort (awaiting for futher translation), so my review may not be applicable later on.

The concept of this novel is rather interesting. I liked how they blended the roadtrip element with hardcore survival quite well.

Translation is pretty good, I didn't really have any issue reading through the sentences.

My personal issue is that the "game/survival" balance of the story is completely screwed. Everyone basically has to open their crate and pray for RNG while our MC is basically on vacation mode with his Hint System. For example, many hunter-esque society novel has few individuals that are super powerful, allowing for better balance and scaling. The MC here is basically a Gary Stu from the get-go.

I like the concept of survival mixed with mode of transportation that can be upgraded.

Even though there isnt much tension due to the MC having a golden finger, it is still fun to see what he gets and how he modifies his 2nd life, the car.

Unique concept but executed poorly. If the first 20 chapters set the pace for the rest of the novel then I can safely say it's a boring novel with too much emphasis on loot hoarding. The MC has an unexplained video game walkthrough system, not a hint system.

In this type of 'OP MC' novel the make or break relies on character interactions and world building. The world itself is still a mystery and very dystopian so I don't have much to comment on. I really liked the development of the story until it became a story about (Spoiler) the battle between gods and the protagonist tries to become a god. The wacky races and car upgrades were fun to read and then various characters were interesting and somewhat developed even if they each have one main trait. For example the Russian guy likes alcohol, there is a girl into Cthulhu, a girl who's good at selling, a girl that really likes animals, and two sisters who easily find treasure.

A male fantasy OP protag. Still refreshing enough with the different worlds, item upgrades, and OP hoarding skill. Readable MTL. Does get repetitive but if you aren't expecting super quality content, a good time wasting story.
