Really interesting twist on the typical otome game, reincarnation cliche type of story. I'd really like to see this type of story develop more instead of being a one shot but well what can you do¯_ (ツ) _/¯ Anyways, I really recommend this one shot, it's a quick, short, easy read that's pretty interesting. The female lead is a breath of fresh air as she's not only intelligent but also quite sadistic, which I find is very unique for this type of genre. Usually in otome game reincarnation stories... more>> the female lead will go down one of three routs, they will either be the villain (most common) the heroine (less common) or a random character (again less common) and throughout all these routes the majority of the female leads are mostly just airheads or pushovers (or both). Even when there is an intelligent female lead (which I have found is very rare) she still usually goes along with the flow of the male lead/s, tries to avoid death flags or is still very innocent. That's why I find this story to be very unique, even though the main character is the cliche villain she doesn't shy away from her role as the villain. Again, usually in these types of stories the female reincarnated villain will either shy away from the role to avoid the death flags or embrace the role in an airhead manner, later gaining the love of the reverse harem, BUT NOT IN THIS STORY! Instead, the female lead actually embraces her role to the fullest, truly deserving of the title "THE VILLAIN" she acts on the other characters weaknesses and blackmails them to the point where even the reverse harem can do nothing about it but instead live in fear of her hoping she will not reveal there secrets. She is truly sadistic. Even the heroine is no match for her

Anyways, again the only thing I wish is that this story could be longer so it could really develop the characters more and give a better glimpse into the heroines mind but other than that, I found it to be a quick original story. <<less

A pity it's a short one shot story the idea was very great, begging with the usual reincarnation background, but a totally different ending I felt like listening to Malefica's song (Descendants) after this, woke up my evil side *-*.

Surprisingly good. The protagonist reincarnates as the villainess of an otome game, and strives become the best villainess. She succeeds and doesn't veer off the path, unlike some other stories - especially ones where the protagonist just ends up obliviously destroying flags. However, it is very short though, and I would have loved to see how the story could've progressed.

Overall, a really fun one-shot to read. Would recommend as a break from all the other reincarnated otome villainess stories.

Finally! Embracing the villain route! Although I do wish she could have elaborated on her obtaining the blackmail and also her climb towards the top of the underworld, I really love the ending. Not like most reincarnation novels or villainess novels:

1. she doesn't end up with a guy
2. she isn't clueless, dumb or has that whole" "~" sort of style
3. she embraces the DARK SIDE!

Honestly love this one-shot so much, just wish it could have been something more though.

The MC is really amazing because she is so different from other female villains. She owns her badass-ness not only because her ability but her attitude. She just dominates like a true villain while being nonchalant about it. I have regrets reading this. Regrets that there isn't more chapters to this story and I am left wanting more. So if your looking for a fresh take on the reincarnated villainess trope, I highly recommend you to read this one-shot.

As a story idea it's fun, but hfs is it short. Maybe the oneshots I've seen previously were just super long (they were at least like a long wn chapter), but this is short even for a normal chapter.

It's not like it's bad, but I doubt I'll remember it an hour after reading.

NICE twist on the otome game villainess trope. Beautifully done, and set the stage with minimal fuss - the writing is brilliant and spare, and has an impressive way of plopping the reader directly into the action and having them still understand EXACTLY what is going on. EXCELLENTLY done!

Instead of a typical "I'm a villain in an otome game so I'll not do anything bad but somehow be involved with the main events" this is true to its core.

I've read this before, and now that it appeared randomly on my reading list, of course I'd jump for the second time reading it. I don't regret one bit of it. Yes, please. This. If only this was even just ten chapters longer, detailing how she got her blackmail, how she probably also made grown men cry, her evil escapades to the top... It would have been perfection. Still pretty good as a oneshot. Very refreshing to read unrepentantly bad protags.

I completely forgot about this so when I found this on my reading list I was in for a pleasant surprise. It was absolutely hilarious! Now this is a real villainess.

The idea is refreshing and new instead if the villainess avoiding her bad route she had initiated the heroine bad route and won.

I really liked how she put everyone under her thump.

I wish if the story was longer and maybe if possible I wanted to see it as a manga. Also, I wanted to see a prequel of how she climbed to be a super awesome villainous.
