It's super cute and sweet.

MC has a very high IQ. Atleast, in his world which I believe is a little behind in this world that he is in now. He was also raised by robots and old scientists that didn't really engage with him so he has a limited EQ and his ideas of being a manly man, taking responsibility and relationships seems like it came out a few books that he read. In the first chapter he is cold and ruthless, however, that changes quickly with the introduction to... more>> the ML and lots of cute animal outfits and learning new things. I chalk it up the the MC being able to experience a childlike lifestyle and being able to learn and play as to why there is such a dramatic character shift.

There is a magic/power system that comes from drawing patterns on cards. Fighting with mecha robots and a massive virtual world which is like Sims meets Ralph breaks the internet. These do seem to be a little underutilized since there is so much potential, but this story is mostly about the MC, the ML and the fluff.

Some spice.

Granted, there is something a little strange about a romance between a human male and what he believes is a robot that is around the size of a Barbie doll that he has as a pet. However, I have read a story about a tree spirit and half the romance was happening while he was in tree form, so not the wierdest thing I have read.

I don't think it deserves the 1 star ratings because most of the issues they have I think can be explained, but as what you like is a personal preference thing, it is what it is. I think this is a cute and fun story that has a few laughs and I am enjoying reading it. I will be checking back for updates and this is one that I will be reading again. <<less

Is this book the best out there. No! But it is a book with enough humor and fluff to relax with when getting over a book filled with angst.

Honestly, it's too slow. The author tried to make a mystery of the identity of the enemy anhydrous trying to act drama and action but it's not her forte.
