The story is really lackluster, the netori and blackmail are simply McGuffins used to pair up the male and female and the author fails to do anything with them. The author repeats a pattern where a new girl is introduced, she is somehow related or knows the popular guy, and MC blackmails her but she ends up preferring the MC and they move onto the next heroine where the pattern repeats. If you're looking for a decent story about deception, betrayal, and forbidden romance then there isn't any of that... more>> to be found here, as just as you start to like a heroine and things seem to be getting interesting she effectively disappears from the plot to be replaced with a new girl.

If you're here for the smut then there is more bad news, as the writing is quite anemic when it comes to details and the s*x itself is rather vanilla, typically just your basic v*ginal s*x and a bit of foreplay. The author's descriptions are enough to get the point across but not much more, there is no real spice in the writing so if you're looking for some hot messy s*x there is none to be found here.

Overall, the story isn't necessarily bad, however it isn't good either. It is instead simply: average, run-of-the-mill, the story takes no risks and wins no prizes. It is good for a binge read if you're simply looking for something to pass the time from cradle to grave, but if you skip it you're not missing out on much. <<less

I would have written a good review if only this novel stopped at after he confessed his true feelings for her childhood friend and started a normal life but author san wants not only MC to have only one lover but he plans to make the whole country to make MC's lovers
