The protagonist, Shiragami Jin, is dumped by his lover on Christmas Day, and while he’s walking through the city, he is called out to by a bunch of hooligans. Just as he’s about to flip out on them, a macho man in a Santa costume steps between them… What will he get from his unexpected encounter with Santa?

It’s a story about how the former yankee (but pure and a crybaby) Shiragami gets dumped at Christmas and finds happiness again.

This is super cute. MC gets dumped on Christmas Eve and runs into his sempai (dressed as Santa). Santa sends him somewhere to eat and he ends up hooking up with his high-school crush. Not a super mysterious plot, but heartwarming and fluffy. Also a quick read at 10 chapters.

• for such a short story, it managed to paint a pretty coherent picture of the MC for me - funny if self-depreciating. His logic for his messed up fantasy about the ML actually makes sense in a "huh" kind of way.. I would have loved to know more about the ML especially after how he was so sweet in the last chapter

like the way he just cuddles the MC, petting him and feeding him and such, telling him how he's gonna spoil him. Aww~

there was also an aftercare after the deed was done, which seemed like the a very pleasant surprise for the MC, that was a big plus for me. Good on you ML!

A very enjoyable short read. ♥ (ˆ⌣ˆԅ)

There's a lot of funny moments because of the MC, I can't actually call him dumb, I think he's just a little silly and naive. I got secondhand embarrassment sometimes, good thing is, ML's a real sweetie. MC deserves a little smack from time to time, but I can't blame him, he's adorkable in my eyes!

Definitely great for a short and hot story! Ah, I love it when the misunderstandings in novels are handled, explained, or talked about, well. MC is just too naive, dumb, and innocent, but that's what makes him adorable. And ML is pretty sweet and doting as well.

Would have love this more if the ML's POV was shown, even if it's a glimpse.

The translation is awesome to boot!

Overall, it was satisfying and a good read!

Super cute (and smutty, lol). Yes, the MC is extremely dense, but I find him and the narration to be very charming. I'm a sucker for pining caused by misunderstandings, so I really love this novel, but I wouldn't recommend this to someone who doesn't like misunderstandings or dense MCs. I think if this was a longer novel, the misunderstandings and MC's denseness would be more frustrating, but I think it works well for this novel because of how short it is.

Cute and awkward read. I'm not good with second hand embarrassment but enjoyed the novel. 😅. MC, Shiragami Jin, is weirdly complex even though he is mainly dense.

MC had been in love with ML, Kouda, since high school. However, he didn't have the courage to pursue him. ML was also attracted to MC but could not approach him since MC was always surrounded by friends.

Now a college student, MC was dumped by his boyfriend and ran into his high school friend, Fukumi. After pouring his heart out to Fukumi and accidentally coming out to him, Fukumi sets up MC to encounter ML.


The two meet and things eventually get steamy after some awkwardness. They become aware of their mutual attraction in high school and formalize their relationship.

FIRST OF ALL, the MC is so dense and s*upid I absolutely Cannot comprehend how a grown azz man can be this foolish bsjsbs he's so embarrassing but thankfully the ML found it endearing. So. Yeah.

and the way they tried to justify his warped view of the ML is unbelievable too.

the MC thought he had no chance to date the ML in highschool so he constructed the ML in his mind as a promiscuous, irredeemable azzhole who treat people like s*x toys like hello???? Weird azz explanation 😭
