For ordinary humans, having very large breasts makes it basically impossible to participate in track and field and other vigorous athletic activities, because your b**bs will bounce (even if you stack a set of sports bras, which are not available in the medieval era) so much that you get significant back pain. The only professional athlete I know of, Serena Williams, competes with somewhat large cup size. But, the FLs in the book have even larger cup size than her... As a woman reading this, I can't help but think this setting is too unrealistic. I can easily imagine the female warrior characters with cup size up to DD, but if it gets well past the range of F cup then I can only cringe at the crippling pain that person would be in... kind of ruins that part for me.
