Even though I wouldn't say this is the best novel out there and knowing how lacking the author is, I'd definitely say that this is one good read, if you are just reading about the story, regardless of how much knowledge the author has. The story ia true to it's essence. It's consistent, the characters are flowing (only the main and side one's), the plot is interesting and every event has means.

Though it has tons of questionable things (namely dialogues, monologues, business, racism and slight sexism, dark ends of entertainment,... more>> dark side of everything, investigative, slight psychology and all kinds of things) , and this is written more like a self-indulgence autobiography, I have to say every bit of the story from start to end is amusing, yet I'm still doubting the comedy tag. Still pretty good even with all those lacking.

I gave 5 because I mispress it, it should've been 4, but I was bored to change it.

If you're looking for romance, I will tell you, this is not the right one. For this story, at early chapter, I almost give up to read it as I think the FL at first just think aboit eqt and eat and the amount she spent on foods is too much.. Thousand just for one meal, thats too much.

Good read, I like the concept in the middle I wanted to leave this but I am happy I didn't, the ending was satisfactory, something's got sorted really quick but all in all it was good, face slapping is excessive but well bear with it. It's like other reincarnation in entertainment industry but with a pleasant twist. (I love what author said in the end).

Oh my god this novel is incredible. The wholesome relationship she has with her son and the adorable family life is a real treat, and the whole thing is very well written. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who likes a good character drama!

This has been such a great read, it combines all of my favorite aspects of a Chinese web novel. We have a powerful and intelligent yet lazy Fl, no romance meaning no ML, sensible children that love their mom, transmigration stuff, and reaching to the top for money then retiring to enjoy life. Absolutely loved this WN and I hope to find more like it.

If you want a light read full of OP MC and face slapping left and and right this is your choice! If you’re here for the plot, you’ll be disappointed. Full of plot holes, little to no character development.

At first it was good but later on it got annoying. Translation is really great so one point for it. But the plot was I dont know. Some of the scenes are annoying cause it was exaggerated and some were dragged for too long I skipped some.

Also, one point for the mother and son scenes. Another point since it does not have a male lead. A different type of transmigration from the other same type of novels I read

MC is too OP, it gets boring in the middle. I just forced myself to finish this novel because I'm curious about the ending.

It says completed, but I say I skipped some chapters. Surprisingly, I didn't miss out on anything and could still get the gist of the story.

Would it be ok for me to say that the narration was childish? I thought it was a breath of fresh air at first, so I decided to read further until I couldn't handle it anymore. I think the author really tried to allow MC to effectively manage her career and child-rearing efforts. Sadly, it was not well thought out. Her son was just there to provide cute moments.

She also has this company that left me baffled.

Everything was just handed to her. She was the perfect Mary Sue and the plot devices followed her, so no surprise here how she became sooooo well known. I don't feel she progressed and I don't feel that she deserved all she got because she didn't work particularly hard for them.

Of course, I will sprinkle a positive side of this, which was no ML at all.

It's too bad, I'm a sucker for transmigration stories, so I read this. :|

Just saw a review here that backs this up. The very chinese elements were.. a little over the top? And a lot of things are just blatant wish fulfillment (gorging on fastfood and getting more beautiful stood out a lot and made my brain hurt). Unrealistic, but... still gratifying to read and in the end I was very satisfied with where everyone ended up.

After a little while her special talents boiled down to being rich, which was her goal to begin with, so nice plot thread! And honestly her son is the cutest blackbellied (?) puppy ever. <<less

Very good story- tbh sometimes the MC I got annoyed with her personality/actions/occasional ‘dumb’ moments a bit but overall I liked it.

It’s both typical but unique to the trope.
Typical- Super lucky op MC, loyal beauty followers, dumbass cannonfodder, scum family, super smart child, faceslapping (but it’s really good and satisfying)

Unique- theres NO ML- which is very refreshing like wow I actually didn’t realize that before I read it but like damn it’s so great- the MC is from the apocalypse universe which is interesting, the golden fingers, and a surprisingly good view on foreigners (personally I actually would have preferred one cannonfodder that was foreign in this because you compare to the super supportive westerners and the Chinese media that keeps trying to pull down MC and for a moment you’re like... girl just stay in America, you’re so happy there lol)

anyway, the story is good, maybe not the best but it’s good, and the faceslapping is fantastic omg, the ending feels sweet and the characters while cliche are decently written. I do have to say the translator was okay but there’s two chapters that have been repeated and placed randomly in the story with legit no warning and I was so confused so 4 stars

I think this novel is a good read. Everything works out for her without doing much though. It's also where the MC won't even bother with getting back with the ex. Start with a good pacing, I love her & the mature meng child interaction in the first half. I really don't care if there is no love interest, I prefer that coz not every woman needs a man just so her life can be fullfiling. It's not a waste if woman won't get married, as long as she's happy & contented then thats it.

This is a chill and relax novel. Its basically about the antics of a zombie apocalypse transmigrated female who suddenly has a son. Yes the FL is OP but that's what makes it enjoyable because its not meant to be a serious plot heavy story. Sometimes, you just need a story with just a strong female MC and this story fits the criteria. With a little bit of a typically transmigrated heroine memory inheritance and power, she fights her way for the better of her family. I really like how independent she is. So many other novels have a strong female lead (whom you would think is the all-mighty) but soon a godly male comes in and you no longer feel the female is as strong. This story does not follow that same logic.

zombie apoc survior renicarnates into the single mother of a novel villian. Picks up her kid who had been dumped in an orphanage (by her bastard ex) and enters a zombie apoc reality show to make enough money to raise him. (Beauty cheat where beauty= amount of junk food consumed)

WARNING: there is no male lead. As far as our protagonist is concerned men can f**k right off and she doesnt need them. I fully approve.

this is a face slapping, slice of life, cheat story about raising kids, making money,... more>> and dealing with the worlds casual supernatural elements. I had a lot of fun reading it. The only thing I want is more. There are quite a few loose ends that could be spin offs or extras:

such as, the villian "ghost" who was transmigrated elsewhere by the 2 dragons. Its kinda implied he goes on to be reborn in the world our protag came from. I would love to see a sequel of our villianous son being the protagonist and becoming the father to our female lead in an apocolypse world. That wld really bring things full circle in a beautiful, wholesome family-across-time way.

We also get confirmation that the dragons are attached to the protags soul and will follow her to her next life. I dont really need to see her next life, but if you are gonna make me curious like that I wont say no.
