The MC is summoned to another world, only to be told, that the summoners "made a mistake" and... more>> that the MC isn't the Hero/Saint because they either have a skill deemed as useless or are otherwise different from the summoners' preconceived idea of the Hero/Saint. This leads to the MC being increasingly scorned and ridiculed, until they are eventually abandoned by the very group that brought them here. Generally, the MC then either makes a discovery about their seemingly tr*sh skill or otherwise obtains something that makes them into an OP cheat. <<less
