Modern danmei that I binged read
I'm pretty selective when it comes to picking novels. I need either a compelling summary or some solid reviews and ratings to catch my interest. But even then, sometimes that's not enough. If a book doesn't hook me within a couple of chapters, it's out. There are too many great ones waiting for my attention.
Right now, I'm all about modern settings. It's my go-to genre, though I'm open to exploring different genres within that backdrop. Slice of Life is my absolute favorite, so you'll probably see more recommendations in that vein.
For now here's the list of those high rated novels with good reviews that did not disappoint me. I will also try to find some hidden gems.
