TLDR: there's some themes of mental illness but its essentially two university sweethearts finding love again. FL is a lawyer and ML is a doctor if you ever watched/ read My Little Happiness 

May Our Friendship Last Forever 祝我们友谊天长地久 by 蜜雨恬言

TLDR: After being offered a check by her crush's mother, she replaced her original message of 'I like you' in his yearbook to 'I wish us a long-lasting friendship'. Story takes place after this scene and is essentially her crush trying to win her love back.
