LOM is long, detailed, vast, enthralling, and (lol) mysterious. You might not look at space the same way again when you're done, haha.

There is a lot of information in the books. It may be hard to follow what's happening for some. It's not exactly exposition all the time, but what's repeated more than once is usually the more important stuff.

Good world building, good characters, good imagery, good translation. If you're not that well versed in english it may be a little difficult.

If that's not interesting to you, then perhaps you would prefer the knowledge that she really takes the "we're going to add technology to this age" to a whole new level. In the available volumes the story only revolves around the main character trying to create what she wants in a world that isn't kind to her tiny and frail body. 

The world building is interesting, the revelations about the nature of the story are slow to the MC, and the actual thoughts of the characters are center stage. It's common for them to misunderstand each other in a reasonable and age appropriate way. It's common for the MC to be lost dispite the fact that she's not that dumb... sometimes.  <<less

Getting it out of the way, this story is pretty gay. That however, is not the point. This is not a yaoi and it's barely a shonen ai. It's better to consider this the evolution and development of the character drama centering around a a boy in a very early concept for an isekai story that doesn't share many of the tropes the modern genre relys upon. ... more>>

The character actually has a solid sense of moral fiber and most of the humor is pretty amusing. 

The worst part about this is that it abruptly cuts off at volume 7 because of site hosting errors.

Well made character interactions with interesting developments that don't stem from the main character being correct all the time. The MC is not portrayed to be hyper-intelligent or incredibly driven. He is a force of nature effecting everyone else. He is not bad*ss. He is a kid.... more>>

If you can deal with some slightly irritating isekai tropes like monsters becoming smitten girls and demons being just another race, then you may enjoy the well thought out interactions between various characters. 

I consider this a more coherent and less edgy Overlord.
