Was super weird for me how ML, the omega, knows everything about MC and how MC already seems attracted and to let his guard down immediately because what, ML is attractive? He likes how he (ML) smells? MC is made to be this strict and cold domineering general, but nothing when it comes to the omega is even remotely that AND HE DOESN'T KNOW OR HAD a PROPER CONVERSATION WITH THE OMEGA YET to make it make sense.

Ignoring my rant above, the worst thing for me was how this novel was supposed to be a romantic fluffy story but the omega throws himself at MC. The general cannot consent, does not know what is happening, and the omega goes to hug him and encourages/allows him to bite his neck. He is 100% down for anything, but MC doesn't even know who he is hugging. That is... super creepy and disgusting IMO.

The omega also forces, more or less, out (from medical staff) private health information about ML and then enters his locked door to "help him out" and THEN follows him home. THIS entire time MC has no idea what is happening. This is not romantic, cute or sweet.

MC ends up feeling responsible for what happened (wait what? why? ew) and decides to marry ML. The first time they meet face to face, after the whole non-consensual touching episode, there is no chemistry between them, just awkwardness and MC trying to be a gentleman. I think like 1h in their meeting, MC proposes and ML accepts. I was done at that point with this novel.

Oh, and the doctor that gave out MC's info to ML? Well, he also discusses about ML's private information to MC, lets ML inside MC's room when MC was not conscious, encourages MC to marry ML, etc. It was incredible how a character that said 3 lines or so made me despise him immediately because he comes across as tr*shy.
