Though I wish there was more sexy time with his two doctors (and possibly kids with those 2) as well as more scenes with that lamia girl.

as it felt quite rushed to me and was one hell of a whiplash to read imo cause it dropped you in without any warning whatsoever and no idea who the speaker was at first, though you learn that later as you read. A nice warning, maybe about how many years have passed since the the last chapter, would be a nice touch at the beginning of the chapter as a header.

• The cast list begins to bloat pretty quickly, and some characters feel almost forgotten about for periods of time, especially when they become pregnant. It becomes confusing too because the translations often use the incorrect names or terms, and also the children all have names similar to the parents, making things more confusing.
• Speaking of Pregnancy; given the focus on babies and child rearing, it would have been quite nice to have a chapter or two on the MC spending time only with his children. It does feel like an obvious thing for such a story with such a focus, and yet the children's roles were relegated to nothing but a reason for one woman to hop off the MC (so as to take care of the child) and give the chance for another woman to hop on.
• Speaking of wasted opportunities and characters; there were barely any scenes involving the Snake-lady, and nothing ever happened with the Elf Doctor... despite there being a very clear set-up for a threesome with Demon Doctor, Elf Doctor, and MC.
• Speaking of things that didn't happen; we're constantly told the MC needs to have a woman with him because it'll be dangerous otherwise (because the women are rabid... and h**ny), but nothing of the sort ever happens. Why the set-up without the payoff?
• Speaking of Blue-Balls; we're told MC has magic and magic powers from all the different women he's had s*x with (just roll with it)... but he never does anything with said powers. Outside of guaranteed conception, his magic never does anything. Why not give him the power to magic up a second dong, or make himself even larger, or super strength to overpower his stronger girlfriends, or telekinesis so that he can pick up his lovers with his mind? All these possibilities are left on the table I guess.
• Speaking of things I can't make sense of; We're told in the second last chapter that our MC receives a gift from god (wowie!). We're then never told what said gift was (not-so-wowie!). It could have been something that made him live such a long healthy life, but that could have just as likely been the aforementioned magic
• Speaking of things we're not told; Several characters were around during the time the disease killed all the men, and yet nothing is said of it. It must have been shocking and traumatic, some even lost their previous lover, and yet nothing is said of it. We're even told that that one race in particular caused the epidemic that killed all the men... which race was it? What was the repercussions on them for doing that? WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT!? But these things are never answered, and this seemingly important world building is left to the side.
• Speaking of... well this is getting repetitious...
  Speaking of repetitious things; because of how quick this series is to jump from s*x scene to s*x scene, it does start to wear thin. There's only so many ways to write about the old 'in-and-out' before it become cliche and dull. But hey, at least we got goofy onomatopoeia sounds liek 'glub glub glub' and 'bloop bloop bloop' to add some spice to them.
